Doesn’t match instructions at all
Horrible! Lost connection to WiFi then no way to repair it or rebind to phone. Instructions say it has a reset button but it does not on the back of mine.

This camera was a great investment. I can check in on the pup while i am at work which sets my mind at ease. Although he don’t seem to appreciate the video calling, i appreciate that i can during the day. Easy to set up and use but no way to mount.

I found the reset button
For everyone who discovered that the product does not match the instructions and that there are no videos or Google results for this model, the reset button is under the camera lens. I dismantled my model to find it.

It’s amazing, I read through the reviews after I bought it and honestly they just didn’t know how to set it up, it does charge for storage but you can buy a sd card, you have to add a device not scan the barcode that’s only if you’re sharing it, and you don’t have to do the subscription, you just have to hit view device.

I love this product, really has made putting my baby for naps on her cot easier and anxiety free, I can watch her while I’m downstairs getting other things done. You can talk to the baby through it and if it’s in their sight, you can video call them too, the screen is nice size. The sound on the feed has some weird feedback from time to time, like camera feedback and the video has a little lag. You can do a full view of a room using controls on the app, which is awesome. The night vision is very clear. I can operate it with a good power bank, so you don’t have to have it plugged in to the power socket, which means you can pack it to wherever you want, the power bank we use is 20000mah and if fully charged, the cam can be connected for about 2-3 days without a charge, or even longer if not continuously connected. Since we are in SA, I’m not sure how the app will workout when there’s loadshedding, since it’s WiFi connected. The app is easy to work although after some time of use, you start getting adverts when you open the app which is annoying but you can live with. You can insert SD card for storage. I gave it 4 stars cos the you also have to subscribe and pay for cloud storage, the adverts are annoying, the sound feedback from the feed, the video and sound lag, the sound can be weird sometimes when the speaker on the app is on.
