1. Low dust tofu cat litter: 100% tofu cat litter without bentonite can help you replace your litter without worrying about scattered dust affecting your and your cat’s respiratory health

3. Long shaped tofu cat litter: The long strip shape of the cat litter helps prevent it from sticking to your catās paws and fur, reducing scatter around your home
4. Pure natural materials: Made from pure natural tofu litter, even if cats accidentally consume it, there is no need to worry about health issues
5. Vacuum packaging: Bagged cat litter using vacuum packaging technology can be more convenient for transportation and storage
6. Non stick bottom cat litter: When using, fill the litter box with about 2 inchesļ¼5cmļ¼of cat litter to prevent clumps from sticking to the bottom

Tofu litter
I have been using tofu litter for my cats and this has to be one of the best. It clumps super well. It is little to no dust. It smells good not like other tofu litter

My Preferred Litter
UPDATE BELOWI have used a silica based litter and Pretty Litter (SO much dust, not environmentally friendly, tracks everywhere), walnut litter (also dusty, also bad with tracking), Paco and Pepper Olive Pit litter (I really liked this. It did track but was easy to clean up. I only switched because I wanted a flushable litter), and Really Great Cat Litter by Tuft and Paw (way too expensive).I find that this tofu litter is the most cost effective tofu litter (I order the 24lb option every 6+ weeks or so on subscription for $44.51 for 2 cats/3 litter boxes and always have a few bags in reserve), tracking is minimal and manageable, I can easily see anything that needs to be seen as it is white, there is virtually no dust, it is environmentally friendly, and I can flush it. I like that there is no bentonite clay mixed in. I use it with metal scoops (Set of 2 Cat Litter Scoop with Holder, Metal Kitty Litter Scoop Holder with Wooden Handle by Hiceeden Store) in stainless steel steam table/hotel pans to which I have added a formed splash guard using 1/16″ thick Polycarbonate Clear Plastic Sheets and velcro strips.Strangely, sometimes the odor control is great and sometimes it isn’t. I’m pretty good at cleaning the litter not long after the cats have eliminated. The litter dissolves in the toilet fastest when the pee is fresh rather than when it has had time to harden again.I always order the original litter. The first time I ordered they accidentally sent me the peach litter which smells great but I prefer white litter as well as litter that is unscented due to the sensitivity of cats noses. The original does have a mild scent? I’m not sure if it is scented or the natural smell of the way they’ve processed the tofu. But it is not unplesant.I would recommend this litter.** EDIT **When I first began buying this litter in March 2024 (unscented 24lbs) it was $39.99 ($1.67/lb) . Now in June 2025 it is $49.99 ($2.08/lb). This price makes it comparable to other tofu litters on other sites. Now I buy tofu litter from Chewy because a.) there is no price incentive to maintain this subscription and b.) I have no desire to continue patronizing Amazon, a company that benefits from and contributes to the accelerating wealth gap and relies on government welfare while paying its workers scraps. My advice is to buy tofu litter from somewhere else. It’s all pretty much the same in my opinion.

Just Buy It!
What I love:1. No dust. I used to put a mask on when scooping clay litter. Clay litter is so bad for your lungs and kittyās too!2. Light scent. It smells good to me. It reminds me of hay on a farm. Some people might not like it, but you have to be fairly close to smell it. I could smell my clay litter across the room.3. Traps stinky smells. The smells was terrible when my cat pooped in the clay litter. It did nothing to trap the smell. This tofu litter instantly traps smells. Sometimes, I canāt even tell when kitty has used her litter box because there is hardly any smell.4. Easy to scoop. I was apprehensive at first because itās pellets instead of granules, but it clumps nicely and scoops up easily. If kitty pees on the side of the box or down to the bottom, it doesnāt leave a nasty residue on the box. It all comes off.5. Biodegradable. I have a pace of mind knowing this doesnāt do harm to the environment. It says you can flush it, but I wonāt over encumber my septic tank. I highly recommend getting biodegradable poop bags for disposal and then we just put it in the trash.6. Lasts way longer that clay/crystal litter. I was changing every weeks when using clay. Overtime, it just stinks. Itās been 2 weeks since I changed the litter and it still smells fresh. I have just added a little more to make sure the level was good for kitty and thatās it.Easy change for kitty. I was worried that kitty wouldnāt like it. She looked and smells it for a while at first and then she used it. She has been doing well with it ever since.7. Cost. It is a tad bit expensive for litter, but you will buy less over time.Things I donāt like:1. The pellets are kind of hard to sift. It would be better if they werenāt as long, but itās such a small issue.Overall, 10/10. Just buy it!

Not worth the money
I thought I was getting much more litter. I read it as 4 packs with 24lbs each. I thought that sounded great but not, it’s a very small box and I am even doubtful it’s 24lbs all together. I like that it’s all natural but it has an odd smell.

Ditch the traditional litter if you hate tracking
I have three cats that share two litter boxes. My picture shows the total amount of litter tracked outside of the box after TWO WEEKS of use. Itās almost nothing and most of it was picked up by the mat. I was sweeping litter and dust 2-3x a day with my old traditional litters, and it was tracking out of the room where I keep the box, but I donāt have that problem at all anymore. The smell of the litter itself is not strong – kinda earthy. After a cat uses the box, you can smell it for a few minutes then it goes away. I scoop it every 1-2 days depending on volume. The wet pellets donāt stick to the pan at all. My cats donāt bury the poop for some reason and it just sits on top – nothing sticks to it so youāre not throwing away a ton of litter.I think itās not going to last quite as long as advertised, because the urine uses up a fair amount of pellets but I think itās worth it, even at the higher price. If I could knock it down a half star for price I would, but Iām rounding up. Itās pricey but comparable to other tofu litters in the market.
