Iāve tried quite a few pet stain removers, and Sunny & Honeyās enzyme cleaner really stands out. My dog had a few accidents on the carpet and mattress, and this spray worked wonders at getting rid of both the stains and the lingering odors. Cleaned a mattress, great for new and old carpet stains
Really glad for the inner seal! Got this in the mail today. The outer plastic was broken and the lid was halfway unscrewed. If it weren’t there, that would have sucked. This is my second bottle, the rest of my review is glowing. Just a comment to the manufacturer to keep that inner seal for shipping.I’m going to be transparent here with our carpets, and mattress. I had a senior dog with CKD, and a puppy with giardia and coccidia who had trouble holding one end and eventually the other. Health issues made potty training much slower than usual. I’ve tried a dozen cleaners and was ready to give up and accept that they were ruined.Anyway, I WISH I took photos of this. I’m so used to cleaners not working that I didn’t waste the time. I used this on a newer, white mattress our puppy had an accident on. He had very intense smelling urine, like boys tend to do. It not only got rid of the smell but it also cleaned the stain. I soaked it like others suggested and left it to dry with some fans in the room to help. The next day it was gone. My brother was taking the bed because I was moving. I told him of the stain and asked him to smell it since he doesn’t have dogs and is pretty sensitive to smells. I wanted an unbiased review. I pointed out where it was, and he couldn’t find it… and he tried.I’ve been using it on the carpet as well for new stains from the puppy and old stains from my senior dog with CKD. It eliminates them. The older stains I can still see a little discoloration, which isn’t surprising, but the smell is still gone. I use the spot carpet cleaner to get up any wet spots, soak the area with the spray, scrub it a bit with the brush, use the carpet cleaner again to pull up excess. It suds when you scrub so I do add a bit of water from the sprayer end of the carpet cleaner (not much), let it pull up excess suds and put a fan on it to let it dry. I don’t have it suck up all of the cleaner like I would with others to get it as dry as possible, so the cleaner can penetrate a bit deeper. I also let old stains sit for 2-3 minutes after spraying it the first time. Since old stains are not wet, I do soak it more. There was also one puppy poop stain hidden behind furniture that I found when our puppy had giardia and was pretty much going everywhere… and it cleaned that, too.I’ve seen some commenters say not to let it sit in a carpet cleaner because it eats away at it plastic. I have not had this issue, but I do dump and wash the container once a week and use the backflow valve to clean the hose.This is my second bottle so I’ll try and get some before and after pics for the next stain I find and update my review later. I haven’t noticed them coming back up like urine stains always do, either.Hope this helps someone.

Smells decent and minty, should deter cats from peeing in same spots, but itāll take time to tell. Very large bottle. Not sure itās worth $50, but itās pretty comparable to other brands.

Update: As you can see below, I was initially thrilled, but I just steam cleaned my carpet and the spots that I had sprayed with this had a lot of residual residue coming up. Residual residue attracts MORE dirt and grime. A friend who owns a carpet store told me years ago that, when steam cleaning, only use a mix of white vinegar and water to avoid this. I’ve steamed cleaned the carpet twice and I’m still seeing it. I have to go over those spots for a 3rd time and see what happens. I’ve removed this item from my Subscribe and Save.I bought this for dog smell only. I don’t have any pet stains so this review is about how the product works against dog smell only. The minute that I walk into my house and smell ‘dog’ I freak out. The dog gets washed, along with all the dog beds. The carpets get steam cleaned. It’s a ton of work. And, it happens about every 4 months because, well, I have a dog. She doesn’t roll around in gross stuff. She just starts to smell like a dog. I did research and discovered enzyme cleaners. I’ve never heard of them. This product was recommended so I said a short prayer and gave it a try. AMAZING. Febreze has nothing on this stuff. After bathing the dog, I cleaned the fur off of her beds and sprayed this stuff on, instead of tearing them apart to throw in the washer. They weren’t dirty. They just smelled. After an hour, the smell was GONE. It wasn’t covered up. It was gone. You know when a spray is just covering a smell for a short time. I moved onto the carpets. After reading that this doesn’t leave a residue, which will trap more dirt, I sprayed it on the 8×10 rug. After an hour, the smell was totally gone. I didn’t have to steam clean. I’m only upset that I didn’t know about this stuff sooner. The time and work I could’ve saved. I just added this to my Subscribe and Save and tossed the Febreze in the trash. I love lavender. It’s relaxing. I’ll be using this for more than dog odors.

AMAZING IT WORKS!
My saving grace. This cleaner is the BOMB. Iāve tried others and they donāt work. Thatās because this has ENZYME in it. The absolute most IMPORTANT ingredient! It breaks down the SMELL. My large throw rug in my living room was disgusting! The smell was really bad. I used the cinnamon one and sprayed both the top and underneath using a light scrub. Then I placed large towels underneath the carpet to dry. The urine smell drained through and onto the towels leaving a beautiful fresh smell. I also used it on some spots in the bedroom. Itās now been 3 weeks and there is urine NO SMELL. By far the BEST TO USE! I highly recommend.

Pee smell is completely gone from the upholstery where my foster dog marked. Previously used another brand on the marked spot and I kept getting random whiffs of pee smell when I was on the room. One use of this and itās completely gone!! The bottle is huge and makes it totally worth the price. Beautiful packaging and spray nozzle works well too.

We have an old cat who had an accident. After much washing we threw away our hall runner.. however the carpet still smelled. When the heating went on and the lingering odour became more apparent, my younger cat decided to add his smell to the carpet. No amount of washing and rinsing removed the smell. After much research and understanding that an enzyme based remover was the only option we purchased the miracle remover. We drenched the plasterboard, the skirting, the wooden shoe box the underlay and the floor. Left it to do itās thing, then rinsed it off. The stuff smells of a minty Forrest, itās very pungent and I would recommend that you have a window and/or door open when you do the initial spraying. The cat smell has gone, even from the plasterboard, which is simply fantastic because that was the most smelly bit. The minty Forrest smell remained quite strong for about 4 days and sometimes I thought I could still smell a faint cat wee odour. However we are two weeks on and both smells have gone. This product does what it says it will. Iām delighted that it actually worked. It is well worth the money, and I canāt recommend it highly enough. For the first time in months both cats have stopped sniffing around the accident site… so they are are the biggest advocates that this brand works.

This is fantastic! We have a house full of stressed cats after we took on another 3, all of them (6) were happily peeing everywhereand I mean EVERYWHERE! Over & over again where I had just cleaned or on fabric I’d just washed. The only down side is you need quite a lot if it’s in fabrics. My curtains became a favorite spot & it took almost the gallon bottle to do one curtain.But it is really good stuff and it smells nice too.Well worth the price, and better rather than having a smelly home! It arrived really quickly too & that was just on normal delivery.

This is the best company ever!!! Their customer service is second to none!… my puppy had been using my rug as a personal loo and would bring stinky toilet paws in from outside, I tried a leading brand to no avail however the first time I used the spray I used it on the carpet and floors and returned from work to find my house didn’t smell like a dog urinal for the first time in months, it’s smells minty (like toothpaste) however even if you don’t like mint it is 1000% better than the smell of wee and it does get rid of the smell not just mask it,I have a very sensitive sense of smell and there is no underlying pong, even though my dog is now housetrained as he is long haired he still brings in smelly wee feet so I still use it, I also sprayed it on the patio and it did the job, no waft of poo from outside….I have purchased the carpet cleaner also and will leave a review once I have had time to get the machine out…. I will 100% purchase from this company again….well priced products that work!! Amazing customer service and after sales what’s not to like!

We have 3 dogs age 5/16 and two cats so needless to say with some bold cats and dittery old dogs we yave a few accidents eveyonce in a while. This product is wonderful effective. It has a fresh eucalyptus like smell. It’s environmentally friendly which is a super bonus,we are very happy with it and will be buying it again if needed š

Difficult odour to remove from car carpet ,works well but will need several applications – it did not help that I did not know the source of the odour but guessed it was a pet odour. Figured enzyme cleaner would work after studying internet on how to remove odours from carpet.
