Despite following instructions I cannot register the device on the necessary phone app.
***This tracker requires an active phone sim with call and text activated.***Only works with a proprietary app and is not compatible with Android or IOS location apps***Despite following the included instructions to the tee, I failed to be able to register the device on the proprietary necessary phone app needed to use the tracker.***The instructions clearly state there are indicator lights that show charging and operation queues. These do not work***The tracker is advertised as being for pets, cars, and other uses that would require it to be robust, rugged, and capable. The tracker split in two by just plugging in a charging cable into the port. It barely holds together.***Uses old antiquated outdated micro USB charging port.***It is meant to be used in a magnetic mounting capacity yet the grip it has is not adequate to hold itself in place through even minimal physical movement***Contacting China support included in the documentation many of the responses contradict the instructions included. While they were superficially helpful, it did not lead to anything from where I initially started from.*I ultimately abandoned the device. I am not comfortable placing one of my phone sims into the device not knowing what that could mean for my accounts. I will not risk either of my phone lines, phone numbers, when I cannot even connect to the phone app.

Very effective and easy to set up
I travel a lot, and this GPS tracker has given me real peace of mind. The magnetic design makes it easy to place discreetly in my vehicle, and the real-time tracking is accurate. I’ve also used it to keep an eye on my luggage during trips, and it works good.I recommend it

Not Worth It!!
This tracker is a disappointment. It requires a SIM card, which makes it more expensive than an AirTag or Samsung Tag. There’s no charging light, so you can’t tell if it’s working.It is not user-friendly and not practical. I won’t be using it and don’t recommend it!

Doesn’t match description at all.
Not happy at all. Doesn’t come with a SIM card which apparently is required to even turn it on. (not in description) When I tried to register it, although description claims is free, tried to charge me $49.99 to register for a year.This doesnt match your description at all. Will be returning. Very disappointed.
