Finally Tackled the Tangles Without the Drama
I’ve tried more clippers than I care to admit on my poodle mix, and most of them ended with us both stressed, half-shaved, and covered in fur. He has that thick, curly coat that mats overnight if you even think about skipping a brushing. I grabbed this FuzzyFix kit after reading about the brushless motor and low noise claims, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much—especially with how cheap and flimsy most “heavy duty” kits turn out to be.Right out of the case, I could tell this one felt different. It’s got some weight to it, but not in a tiring way—more like it’s actually built to last. The metal blade glided through his shoulder mats like butter, even when I thought I might have to cut them out first. And the noise? Barely a hum. He usually runs the minute he hears buzzing, but he actually stayed still. I had to double check it was even on at one point.I didn’t even run the battery down after a full-body trim, and that’s saying something considering his coat. Also appreciated the two-speed setting—started on low while he got used to it, then bumped it up to get through the denser spots. And clean-up was easy. Blade popped off, rinsed, oiled, and back in the case. Done.This kit gave me groomer-level results at home without the usual anxiety or wrestling match. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy grooming day, but here we are.

Don’t waste your money. Pool quality metal blades do not stay sharp.
The clippers worked well for cutting the dogs once each and then the blades dulled and no longer would even cut hair. You can’t sharped the blades and replacement blades are not available. The company seems to be on permanent holiday as that is what their emails have said for the last month. Don’t waste your money. Pool quality metal blades do not last.

Absolutely amazing
Used these for the first time today and they were AMAZING. It was like a hot knife through butter cutting my Labradoodle’s thick coat. I had purchased a cheap pair of clippers a couple of years ago that had a guard. They problem was that the hair was always getting caught in between the guard and the blade. It was frustrating. It would take me 2 hours to shave my dog. I easily did this in half the time. The great thing with these is you can use the guards if you want or purchase the exact length of clipper blade. It doesn’t get too hot, but I would pause and brush out some hair every 20 minutes or so to give the clippers a break for a minute or two. Why didn’t I buy these sooner? Well worth the money IMO.

Great for diy dog grooming
Better and cheaper than an appointment with the dog groomer. Easy to use and cuts great. Through no fault of these clippers, our dog doesn’t always look professionally groomed after I cut him, but as the old joke goes, “The difference between a bad haircut and a good haircut is only 2 weeks.” So after 2 weeks the dog has forgiven me. The family has had their laughs about my dog grooming skills and I’ve saved about 80 bucks by going diy.Yeah, I’d highly recommend these. They are also lightweight and don’t kill your wrists; plus they are don’t make a hellofa noise when they’re on which would scare the dog.

I’ve only just used the once so far.Lovely and smooth motor. Used the first speed and my cockapoo laid on my bed very happily having her trim.The real test is when I do her brother, he gas a much thicker coat. I’m a trained barber so find this an easy job. Saved a fortune doing there haircuts. 2 cuts each and the clippers have paid for themselves
