Large-capacity, run smoothly, and I love the app features.
The last cat fountain I had was kind of a nightmare, so I was a bit hesitant when ordering this Living Enrichment Cat Water Fountain. It turns out that I really like this one! It holds a lot of water, so that I’m not constantly refilling a dish multiple times per day.It was easy to set up, fill with water, and get the app up and running. Since I already have so many things that use the Tuya app, it was easy to connect and figure my way around. The app features works well for me, as well, I love that I can set it up so that the fountain is not constantly running and it lets me know when it needs refilling.This water fountain is a big time saver for me, however, there doesn’t seem to be replacement filters available for it. Hopefully, there will be some in the near future. If not, I will just use the one that came with it as a template to cut one out of filter material that I use for my aquarium. It would likely be less expensive for me to do that, anyways, but those who like this water fountain, they are likely not to purchase it for the lack of replacements. Not having filter replacement makes this a very expensive one-time-use fountain.I really like this cat fountain and all of the customization there is within the app. It keeps the water fresh and clean, and saves me from constantly checking to see if there is water in the dish or not. I don’t like to leave large dishes of water around, but this being enclosed, makes it so much more sanitary.If you don’t mind making your own filters, or if ones for this fountain become available, I would absolutely recommend it.

Drinking well is too shallow.
The fountain works ok but the shelf that holds the water is too shallow. When my little dog drinks the water the water splashes on the floor.

Lasted 6 months & broke
This fountain lasted 6 mos. One of the two small metal pieces, inside the fountain & necessary for pump to work, broke off. The top piece was also difficult to remove.

Cats love it, Owner still learning
I feel I am still learning the “quirks” of this water fountain. I find it odd that it came with no info on buying replacement filters. However, .thanks to another review, I found where I can buy additional filters (through Amazon).. The biggest pro is that my large cats are able to access the fountain while standing and seem to drink more frequently and without their whiskers and face getting into the water. Another plus is the quiet operation. Both are advantages over my previous fountain. I did find water can be added by slowly pouring into the top (another issue solved).. Taking it apart for cleaning is not the easiest as the “pull tab” on the reservoir is not long enough to effectively grasp. I end up taking the entire fountain to the kitchen counter and having to wrangle the reservoir out. I’m not really into the “blue tooth” operating options and don’t notice when the water level is low (I haven’t received the warning on my phone) or “offline “. Since it is an entirely “closed” system, when it is in “smart mode” or if the water level is low, the cats have essentially no water to drink as the water all recedes into the bottom reservoir. I am concerned about going away on a trip, that the cats may be without water if this is their only source or if my petsitter would be able to add water and operate it. The instructions could be more detailed in explaining the operation. Perhaps once I get used to it, I will find it a little more “human user-friendly”. Since the cats appear to like it and they find it easier to drink from, this fountain is a keeper.

Takes a while for cats to get used to and now it’s all they use!
In nature cats prefer to have their water source away from their food due to contamination. This water fountain is closer to the natural way that cats drink in the wild.The height is perfect for all sizes and also greatly benefits whisker fatigue which can happen with small bowls.It took about two days for my little kitten to finally warm up to the device but now it’s all she’ll drink from. Older cats may take some time getting used to it but it makes a great communal bowl due to the filtration system. They actually take turns and drink far more water now than they ever have.If you have a cat with kidney issues I would HIGHLY recommend this.I do wish it came with extra pods or was easier to find the replacements. I never did hook up the bluetooth to my phone because for some reason it wouldn’t detect it, but I’m also not so good with technology. It’s not a must-do but a good way to keep an eye on when you need to change the filter.As far as the sound goes, I find that making sure it’s full to the maximum level ensures that it doesn’t become too loud or disruptive.Changing out the water is easier if you simply tip over the entire container rather than struggle to pull the tab on the top.To summarize: I am so happy to have a great new way for my cats to drink water that they enjoy. I just wish that changing the water and filter were more accessible.

Not that great.
Pros:The fountain is really quiet.Cons:My cats really don’t like drinking from it.The fountain will randomly turn off, this happened when I was away on a business trip.Taking off the lid to refill the water is a pain.

Definitely a little finicky to use, but overall it works very well and holds a ton of water for my cats. It lasts upwards of 2+ weeks because it holds so much water. The little rubber tab is kind of a pain to get the top off to refill, but a butter knife does the job easily. The cord is nice and long and aesthetically speaking, is much nicer than other cat/pet fountains. The app leaves something to be desired, as it’s a little confusing to use and pair to Wi-Fi, but it’s not really necessary for a cat water fountain.
