Life-Changing for Cat Owners!
This litter box has been a game-changer for me and my cats. Itās very spacious, quiet, and keeps everything clean without any effort on my part. The self-cleaning function works perfectly, and I love being able to monitor everything from the app ā it even tracks usage, which is so helpful for keeping an eye on my catsā health.The odor control is excellent, and the waste drawer is easy to empty. Setup was simple, and the design looks modern and sleek in my home. Exceeds expectations
UPDATE: 7/2/25The box has exceeded my expectations in comparison to the LitterRobot3. Smell control is absolutely superior only giving a scent when the waste receptacle is full. I’ve been a cat owner for more than half my life and evolved from plastic boxes & scoopers to automatic sifters to high tech like this and Litter Robot. So, trust, when I praise odor control. The odor control gel is great. The sifter catches all little reminants. I highly recommend. Only wish I’d 1st seen the model that came with the air purifier. Reliable, quiet, clean & odor free.My cat became a little wary of the scooping automation after a few uses, but I adjusted the clean cycle to be delayed more. He isn’t skiddish any longer and uses it without a thought.Original May 2025So far so good. We had a LitterRobot3 since our car was a kitten, but in 5 years, we went through 2 boxes. With all the sensor malfunctions, I wanted to see if another auto litter box would suffice in the same or less price range. We were happy with the functions of our last box, so this one will take getting used to. This one seems to have more parts. This unit came assembled with little set up time and connecting to the app was easy. It rotates/ cleans litter upward, not sideways like LitterRobot. Will update my review after we see how things go. However, 1st day was a success. Uploading my cat’s 1st use so others can see the unit size in comparison to my cat. So far, I like how quiet the unit is when it cleans.

Overall, I like the product. Functional as expected. Very slick design and ease of use. A lot of people complain about this product leaking but so far it hasnāt yet. I will update later if it does.My product doesnāt come with odor spray so I end up buying one from other website. After receiving the odor spray kit, it didnāt fit into the side hatch door because it was missing a hook to attach the sprayer.Apparently, if you donāt buy the whole package with the odor spray, the litter box wonāt come with a special side hatch that you to hang the odor sprayer.I try to contact customer service to buy a special hatch door separately but no respond until now.I took out 1 star because of bad customer service.Another star because of the incompatible side hatch door. Why donāt you guy provide a side hatch door with an option to attach the odor sprayer if one decide not to buy the whole bundle ?Updates:I contacted customer service and they willing to ship me a free side hatch door that hook the Odor sprayer. I just need to pay $12.99 for shipping. I think itās pretty nice of them so I add 1 more star for post-customer service.Also, cleaning was super easy. Everything part is removable to clean.

Best money Iāve spent all year!
Weāve only had this litter box for about a month but itās the best money Iāve spent in a while. Super quiet. Traps stinky smells. Very convenient and user friendly app. The loves it! I will be buying more products from this company. Iāll also come update in a few months with any additional info to report. Get the bundle that includes the mat or go back and add it to your cart as well.

Not worth the money, look at other brands instead
I think this may be my most regretted purchase. Initially when I set it up, it was working great and I loved not having to scoop my catās litterbox everyday. A couple of months in, the sensor started acting wonky and it did not detect that my cat had used the litterbox. That was fine, I just manually asked it to clean. Soon after, it would stop cleaning midway because it said my cat was approaching the litterbox or that the toilet was in use (my cat was nowhere near the litterbox). I had to run the manual clean AND make sure I was nearby to override the pause when it said the litterbox was in use. THEN it started malfunctioning when I would try to empty the litter and clean it. In addition to this the puramax air spray that was supposed to go off (and the main reason I selected this product over others) stopped working automatically after about 4 months.All this to say, this product does not hold up well over time and is definitely not worth the almost $400 I spent on it.

Fabulous! Love the upgrades.
Just got it and love it so far. We had the old version for about 5 years. It was so easy – no phone app. Some people like that so it can tell you when the cat has used it and when the bag is full plus lots of other things. I don’t want any of my appliances texting me. My husband thinks its hysterical so he has the app. I really like the style and upgrades. I thought I put the battery in wrong when I hooked up the fragrance mister because it was face down and started smoking. It was just the spray – which is not at all wet, more like a fog. Pretty cool. I”m so grateful I dont have to scoop out of an open litter box anymore. My husband is not a cat person but he thinks it’s funny to get a text saying the cat has excreted. The litterbox used to be kept under the counter in his bathroom. Now it’s downstairs in the laundry room since it doesnt stink anymore. This makes it so easy. We are getting more and more like the Jetsons (for you young ‘uns – that’s an old futuristic cartoon set in space where they drive flying cars and have a personal robot Rosie, plus an automatic dog walker for Astro. Check it out.) I wish they would come up with some version for dogs.

Took a while to purchase this due to the price, but I am so glad I did. I hate cleaning up cat poop every day and I hated the smell, this cat tray does it all and I am so glad I purchased it.If the cat has a runny poop, then it can spread at the back of the machine, but this doesn’t happen often (and requires a wipe) and it seems to be only thing I can pick. I have only had it a couple of weeks, but i’m loving it.
