Nice little spy camera for mydogs
This is an awesome little camera that I use to spy on my dogs while I am out! It worked perfectly for several weeks, then I noticed that it was off line and I could not get it to reconnect. I figured out that cord plug into the back of the camera was not connecting properly to keep the camera online. I contacted customer service via email, explained the problem , and within 10 days a new cord arrived! We are back up and spying on my dogs !!!!!

Purchased twice thinking the first was defective…it happens. 2nd camera same issue. Attaches to server, configs, stalls and times out. The myAnnke app no longer exists in the play store so it is impossible to update the existing app. I have an older version of this camera and it works great, but this time around…I would not recommend to an enemy.

We’ve used these instead of traditional baby monitors which are WAY overpriced with terrible image quality.After 2 years of use, 1 of the 4 we bought won’t connect & 1 no longer has sound. I do feel like we got our money’s worth out of them- but don’t expect them to last forever.PROS: easy to install, clear picture, clear 2 way talk (until the sound went out)CONS: took longer than I’d like to connect with the app, any time we have a power blip and it restarts it YELLS “WELCOME” which is not awesome in my kids’ rooms when they’re trying to sleep, audio diedWould still recommend

Received replacement unit. It does work well without any issues. It works as intended.The unit works with Ankke Smart & Smart Life app(Tuya compatible).——————————————————————————————————————–Unusable product. It constantly shows firmware update notifications, but I can’t update it at all. It always shows a time-out error. Reboot, restart, etc all nothing work. And it shows the wrong time at the end. It was also unfixable.Their customer service is virtually non-existent. ANNKE’s technical support advice was rebooting and restarting the device. That’s their technical support after 4 days long conversation.

Used as a baby monitor
I really like this camera. It is a wired camera so you do have to plug it in to an outlet. A mount with screws and what not is available but I didn’t need it. It has a wide view, plus you can move the camera from your phone if you don’t like the positioning. It has auto night vision. The set up was pretty easy. The app is free. The camera is affordable. Best 20ish bucks I’ve spent on my son.

Bought this to keep an eye on our new dog while we are out. Easy to set up, works really well and the intercom is great for telling him to lie down or go to bed. Would not be without it now it’s a fabulous product.

Didn’t like much… the motion sensor pass all the time sending messages and has nothing happening on the room, and doesn’t have the bottom you can turn on and off from the app… as soon is connected is always on, even when you go to sleep, and has a loud noise when turn around, so hard to sleep with that on. Need to take off from the cabes to be able to sleep, and the next day you have a big chances to forget to put o the cabes again. Not the best.
