Great fountain
My cats love it! It’s not silent but I feel like the water circulates better than other fountains I’ve had so a little noise is worth it. I also feel this one is easier to clean.

My cats new adventure
DOES NOT MAKE ANY NOISE. IT TOOK A FEW DAYS FOR MY OLDER CAT TO START USING, BUT NOW I SEE HER DRINKING THROUGH OUT THE DAY. THE 2 YOUNGER ONES ARE STARTING TO TRY IT. SO I AM HAPPY TO KNOW THERE DRINKING MORE.

My cats are drinking so much more water!
I’m really impressed with this water fountain. I used a different brand for about 3 years, and I had to buy replacement parts twice. While this is a new fountain, my 3 cats are drinking the water so quickly that I’ve had to refill it twice in 8 days. It’s the same liter size as the last one, and I don’t remember refilling it that much. I’m guessing it tastes better than the last water fountain, and it makes me so happy that they’re drinking more water! The ease of cleaning is also great! It’s quiet for the most part unless you over fill it. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase, and I look forward to see how long it lasts.

Mostly good, but room for improvement
Initially, my cats were reluctant to go near the new fountain. I spread some churu around the top and on the sides. After two days of using churu, my cats seem very happy with the fountain. The setup instructions obviously were translated from a different language and that made them difficult to follow. The photographs were not helpful as there is no detail and the contrast in the photos is poor. I did find guidance from another manufacturer. I also wish they would indicate how to purchase filters; happily, the fountain comes with extras, so I have time to figure this out. In the long run, I think the fountain will encourage my cats to drink more water and that was my reason for the purchase.

Great drinking fountain for pets!
I had a problem, my cat drank water from the toilet, but after buying this fountain, he drinks water only from it. My cat is attracted by the noise of water from the fountain tap. The pump at the fountain is quiet and comes with 4 filters. I am happy with this purchase!

Worked Great for 4 Months
I bought this on May 5 and now today it is August 22 and it has already stopped working. I really liked it at first but now I’m super disappointed.

As with 90% of Pet Fountain Manufacturers, the instructions on installing the Filters is much to be desired. You must look at videos and do what should be unnecessary…researching the correct installation procedure.Other than the aforementioned; GNGPET Fountain has a large water viewing window, a flashing red light when the water level is low, a very quiet water pump, a reasonable number of initial filters and sponges, and a 3 foot USB power cord that has the ability to be installed on either the left or right side of the water tank.Because the Veken Pump keeps the water cooler than room temperature, I added the Veken Fountain Pump into the GNGPET Fountain water tank and have Both The Veken & GNGPET Pumps working together. Yes, it’s crazy; but it works very well.Why; because the Veken Pet Fountain’s Water Pump keeps the tank reservoir water below room temperature, so I Added the aforementioned Veken Pump into the GNGPET Pet Fountain water tank, having Both Pumps (Veken & GNGPET ) working simultaneously.It’s really a very good solution of keeping your pets water cool.GNGPET lowered the unit price by $40.00 which makes the purchase very hard to beat.You and your pets will enjoy the fountain.
