NOT SHIPPED COLD
My dog likes this food, but my concern is that it was not shipped cold. It was triple wrapped and shipped in a regular box. Not a Styrofoam box and not dry ice packs.
The back and arm heating elements work great the front don’t going to return or you need to replace –
