Works like a charm!
I absolutely love this collar. I have a 1 year old cane Corso and she needed some reinforcements. Overall a good girl just but she is still in that puppy phase so things like jumping up and rolling around when putting her leash on or pulling her lease needed to be nipped in the bud. I saw a change in her literally in 24 hours, no joke.I used the vibrate only twice when we were outside and she pulled the leash and the beep sound to let her know it was time to go back inside. What I love most is the metal around collar, the quality and the durability for a large breed.

Beeper is an excellent training tool!! Don’t shock your dog! No need to! Shock yourself first!
Works well! I’ve had it over a year and never have to charge either the remote or collar and I use them all the time for just the beeper. We took the metal off that goes inside the collar so we don’t accidentally shock him. I don’t even need the collar on anymore. If he sees I have the remote in my hand he knows he better behave or I’ll push beep and he doesn’t like me to beep it because he knnows that means he was naughty. It works as an excellent training tool!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I read the reviews prior to buying and felt like this would be a good option. For the 1st day or 2 I only used the vibration and the beep. After that I went to install the shock parts of the collar and then tested with their “testing tool” as well as on myself. NOTHING! Nothing happened. I immediately called customer service number printed on box and was assured that I would receive an email in the next 24 hour with info on a replacement. 3 days past. No Email, I called again. They were so apologetic and ensured I would receive email again by the next day. 3 days later, still nothing. I have now called them 4 different times in the past 2 weeks and am always apologized to and told the same thing. I still have received no email, no replacement. I am not hopeful that I will ever receive a replacement or any communication from them. Buyer beware!

Will not work for my small pup itās too big
My pup is too small for this collar so I wonāt be able to actually use it but the quality seems super nice. It does have a special cord with two dongles, one for the remote and another slightly bigger plug for the receiver. I took off one Star cause you will have to make sure you keep up with that cord or you wonāt be able to charge it. Iām constantly loosing cords so if it charged with a usb c cord I wouldnāt have to worry. Other than that I like the collar. I like that it is adjustable and you can trim the excess collar strap although I donāt know if that will fray so you might want to heat the end with a lighter to keep that from happening. Instructions say itās waterproof and said to have a nice range. The collar strap seems to be a durable nylon and would last. All in all seems to be a great training collar just hate itās too big for my shihpoo puppy.

Took the studs out for the shock. I can say from experience that the shock works! We only use the beeper and buzzer. And the battery life last forever and is very waterproof.
