Is the immersion heater battery powered?
No, the immersion heater needs to be plugged to a 110/120V power supply as it is a high power appliance and batteries do not provide enough power. Do not connect the heater to 240V power supply (even with adapter) to prevent overloading.
How do I use the immersion heater safely?
Always ensure that the heater is fully immersed in water before plugging it in. After usage, unplug the heater before removing it from water. Exposure to air during operations will cause overheating and burning which is dangerous.
How to I prevent the shower hose from leaking?
There should be rubber washers that is attached to each end of the shower hose which prevent leakage. In case the rubber washers fall off or wear out, you can find replacements in our kit and put them at each end of the hose.

Works really well
Did not disappoint. Love how hot and quick the immersion heater works. Can continually put water in your bucket with the heater on for longer lasting shower. The water pressure is outstanding. The shower hose is really long. I really enjoy this product.

This is such a cool idea for those of us who love camping. Though we have a travel trailer with a shower, when we boondock we like an outdoor shower. This unit is unbelievable. We have a small unit for charging stuff and the pump for this is charged through your USB. We also got this unit in 2 days. Great customer service. So excited for our next camping trip.

First time at camp with our own warm shower!
If you are in need of an affordable camp shower, this is it! You just need a bucket for the water. This kit comes with a heater for your water and boy does it warm up the water well! You actually need to check the water temp before you use it because it gets quite hot and might I add that it gets hot fast! We timed it and the shower lasts for almost 8 minutes on low pressure with a 5 gallon bucket, and 6 minutes on high pressure. Trust that that is definitely more than enough time. This shower kit has changed how we camp. We are now willing to go to campsites that do not have showers so that opens up more places for us. Awesome addition to our camping life!

Defective shower head!!!
Unfortunately this item came defective! Everything worked great except the shower head. The silicone gasket would not seal in the head causing loss of pressure and a large leak on the handle! Amazon would not just send a new shower head,, wanted to send me kit and me to return defective part? 25 minutes to UPS drop point?? Not worth the time and effort!! Just wanted a new head sent??? Would not buy again!!!
