No tech support and cannot reset or setup camera right from box. Don’t buy this camera
Terrible – right out of the box it would not setup. Camera continues to say it has no sim and is offline – it has a sim and unfortunately it never wants to connect to my network. I called technical support and they didn’t answer only allowed me to leave a message so they can call back. By the time they call back I will not be home – this is crazy and I should have know better than to purchase waggle since the temp waggle stopped working after a year.

Overall, a good pet monitor system that works off WiFi. It has a very good picture, tracks pet movements well and allows use of voice and hearing. My only complaint about the unit, and reason for only 4 stars, is you have to subscribe ( paying a monthly fee) to use the unit for intended purposes.

Works pretty well but has gone offline a couple of times
I like having this camera for my pups but a few times it has dropped off the wifi and then I can get it back online, but can’t seem to point lower to the crate where I lock my puppies up when we leave. Even with the toggle i can get it to pint liw enough to see the crate. Maybe it’s my user error and haven’t quite figured it out but I don’t like that it goes offline. I have to admit my husband unplugs it occasionally while we are just in our RV so it’s not always recording everything we’re doing. Really only want it for when we leave the RV. I do love that it follows motion around. Hopefully we will eventually be able to leave our puppies out of the crate when we can trust them to not chew up everything in the RV, and we can fully appreciate the motion as they move around when we’re not there.
