Best fountain!!!
I bought the PWF002 Dog Fountain because my dog is ridiculously picky about his water, and I was tired of refilling regular bowls multiple times a day. This fountain has been a total game-changer.Setup was simple ā I had it rinsed, assembled, and running in under 10 minutes. The pump is really quiet, which I appreciate because Iāve had other pet fountains that sounded like a mini fish tank running in the corner. The gentle water flow actually seems to encourage my dog to drink more, which makes me feel better about him staying hydrated, especially in the summer.I like that it comes with three extra sets of filters, so I donāt have to rush to order replacements right away. The filters do a good job of keeping the water looking and tasting fresh ā I can definitely tell when itās time to swap them out because my dog starts acting a little less enthusiastic about drinking.Cleaning is pretty straightforward, although I recommend doing it weekly to keep it in top shape. The plastic feels sturdy and hasnāt picked up any weird smells, which was a big problem with our last fountain.The only small thing Iād change is making the reservoir just a bit bigger so I could go longer between refills, but for a single dog itās plenty. Overall, Iām really happy with it and so is my pup ā which is all that really matters.

Great product and customer service
This is a great addition to my home. I previously had a plastic one from another company that was hard to clean and got moldy. This one is great and is really easy to clean. After a few months one of the parts broke in the dishwasher. I reached out to their customer service and Sue had a replacement to me in two days. Wonderful customer service just adds to my love of this product.

Good product, good service
This is a great device to provide my dogs better and cleaner water. One of my dogs preferred running water and would often not drink from a standing bowl but would wait until I ran the tub faucet. He loves this fountain, though.Overall, the quality is great. I had one minor issue: the pump failed after a month, but Sue from the Oneisall quickly took care of the problem by sending me a replacement pump that works great.I would highly recommend this for your dogs.

Top pan is too shallow for big dogs?
Product seems to work great. Itās quiet and flows well. However, my lab isn’t interested. I took her standing water bowl away for a few days to see if I could change her mind. She still wants to drink out of a regular bowl. I think it might be because she canāt take the huge gulps of water that she prefers. The pan at the top is fairly shallow. Maybe itās a big dog issue. Still giving it a 4 because itās the dog, not the product.

Company stands behind it’s product
I recently bought the Onisall 7L Dog Water Fountain. I was impressed with the heavy-duty thickness of the Stainless Steel. I have ordered Stainless Steel items from other companies and been suprised how thin the metal was. Not so with the Oneisall water fountain. I bought it with the hopes a fountain would encourage hydration. My dogs and cat all enjoy the fountain. It keeps the water fresh which they seem to like. I have 3 large dogs and a cat and the fountain size is perfect.A couple months after use however the plastic peice that covers the wire broke. I am not sure if this was a defect on my unit or a design issue. I was past the return window and was disappointed because I really like the fountain. I reached out to the company about the problem and requested a replacement part. The following day Sue at customer service responded. Sue was professional and polite addressing my concern promptly. I was informed the fountain had an automatic two year warranty. Sue immediately sent out a comple brand new unit instead of the part I requested. I was assured the replacement would arrive within 3 to 5 business days. The fountain arrived on the 3 day. I immediately hooked it up. It worked perfectly. My dogs were happy to have their fountain back and so was I. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

STOPS lab pup from swimming in water dish
Bought this because of the shallow base of water as my lab puppy kept flooding the kitchen trying to swim in his other dish for this it’s a win and I also have cats. I love the easiness of cleaning with the exception of the Shepard hook portion. Stainless steel easy to clean. I’ve also been able to “recycle” the filters after a good clean. Only one I worry about is the larger one with two section. I also ordered an extension usb cord so it would be easier to disconnect for cleaning. I fill it from a gallon jug during the week

SILENT AND EASY TO CLEAN
I have purchased many dog water fountains over the years. This one is absolutely the best! It is totally silent and super easy to clean. I have since purchased my second one because the first one I purchased on July 21 stopped working on August 23rd. Even though it only worked for a short while, I did again purchase another one due to the ease of cleaning and how utterly silent it is, plus its only like $45 bucks. I hope the new one works longer than a month. I have purchased much more expensive versions, but they were loud, and hard to clean and heavy to carry with fresh water. This one is very light. Honestly, I will continue to purchase these fountains even if they fail.

Having researched purchasing a water fountain, I am very pleased with this product. Stainless steel was recommended rather than plastic. Easy to assemble. Purchased as my dog would only drink out of my pond, not out of the water bowl. This has changed that and he is happy to drink from the fountain. Not cheap, but hope will last.

Absolutely love this dog bowl! We have 5 dogs and the water bowl would be changed a few times a day – due to needing more water and debris floating in it – so gross. This bowl filters the water and we seem to go about 5 days before needing to add water. Game changer for sure!Highly recommend
