Works great and my 25.3 inch cat loves it! So easy to use, very effective when used properly, super easy to clean, the brush is so strong you would have to be very rough with it just to damage it. Totally worth the price, bristles could be softer but they are still very soft. Very effective for picking up that loose hair it works like a charm. I got the green one because that my cat Oreo’s favorite color and so is mine! This a very nice product with a great design super lightweight too which is good. Very easy to store away as well so all around a good buy and is a must for most cat or dog owners💯.

Self Cleaning Slicker Brush
This product is great! No more pulling the dog hair out of the brittles of my old brush. I took off one star because the brittles could be a bit longer. The brush works great on my Labs but if you have a thick coated long haired dog, it may not work as well. But overall, I’m highly satisfied.

As a retired owner of a Dog Grooming business and former breeder of Multigeneration Labradoodle Retrievers and currently have 4 in my family I can’t say enough good things about this brush. It’s already in my shopping cart for my Bonus Daughter’s Xmas Stocking Stuffer for her cats.This brush arrived today right before my Mobility Service Dog was about to be groomed and bathed for a big trip for medical tests. As soon as he was towel dried I opened the box and tried the brush. It WAS AMAZING. The “needle” points were nicely protected by a little rubber on the ends and when I pushed the button after brushing him, WAHOO, there was the little amount that he sheds was neatly in my hand. Since I had let him outside after his bath, he had some greenery in his hair which also came out with the hair. Pin brushes can hurt but there were no complaints from this brush pins.I have groomed so many breeds of dogs and have never found a better brush for removing undercoat. If I still had cats, it would also be a must have.It’s well made, comfortable and easy in the hand. I chose purple but there are so many nice colors to choose from.Look no further, great price, great brush.

Doesn’t matter the lengh of the hair – does fine job on short hairQuality of the bush is good. Ends of the the bush are coated, soft to the touch.My dog actually likes to get brushed. Then push of the button and it retracts and slide the hair right off.Great tool !

Great brush for dog and cat
Works wonderfully!! The brush works well on cats and dogs. My dog has short hair and is always shedding. White hair everywhere. This brush made hair removal easy and is soft to my dogs skin. She is very sensitive skin and gets irritated easily. She liked this one. The hair easily comes off the brush as well. So glad I got it.Cats same use. Long hair and short hair cats enjoy it. It also got some mats off our Siamese cat. Love it.

Had high hopes, but my cats are terrified of it
My cats really like the slicker brush that I already have for them but one of my cats looks like snow storm after with all the dandruff that comes up on his black fur. I thought that this having bigger caps on the end would be a good thing for him and I really liked the self cleaning function. Other people have posted about how good it worked for their cats, so I was hopeful. Too bad that both of my cats are absolutely terrified of this brush. Straight out of the box they both ran away from it. I managed to get one to sniff it, but then he almost immediately still ran away. I cannot get near them with this, let alone brush them so back it goes I guess. The only thing I can think of is its size. It is rather large and they are rescue kitties from a construction site, and while we have come a very long way in almost 2 years, there are things that still scare them. Apparently big brushes being one of them. While I didn’t actually get to use it, I will say that the self cleaning function was super easy to do and seems like would work really well.
