Excellent Indoor Camera — Great Features and Value!
This Rraycom indoor camera exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick and simple — it connected to both 5G and 2.4G WiFi without any issues, which was a big plus for me. The video quality is sharp and clear with its 2K resolution, and the 360° pan and tilt gives full coverage of the room.I mainly use it as a pet and baby monitor, and the motion tracking works impressively well. Easy set up
I purchased this particular camera due to the fact that its packed with features. For home security its good, but for keeping an eye on my dog-Its wonderful! 360° and tilt, motion tracking, night set-up and sooo much more. And I love, love, love that i can talk to my dog while I’m away with 2 way audio! You can even use this camera with Alexa. The siren surprized me-lol. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Two cameras with plenty of features
I purchased a 2-pack of this camera and use them to monitor my mother, who’s 101 and has dementia. Setup was fairly easy–download the app, follow the instructions for connecting to the in-home network and adjust settings to your liking. I had both up and running in about 10 minutes, but I had to switch the one camera to 2.4G because our wifi signal was weak in that room. The app isn’t as intuitive as I’d like for someone who’s never used this type of device before. It took me a couple of days to figure out where all the settings were located and what they did and then adjust them accordingly. I’ve been using the cameras for a couple of weeks and overall, I’m very satisfied with them. Even without an SD card or cloud storage, the cameras and app have a comprehensive set of features that make them very useful and easily customizable. I recently activated the free basic cloud storage which provides a 6-second/7-day loop of the alerts, which is sufficient for my needs, but there are upgrade options available. I’ve found only a few very minor issues: 1) if the lens is disabled when I open the app, I have to enable it and then close the app and reopen it in order to zoom in or move the lens and occasionally, the camera lags/stutters when trying to manually pan; 2) when talking through the intercom (camera side), the voice clarity isn’t very good and it can be difficult to understand what’s being said (the audio on the app side is fine); 3) even when the lens is disabled, the camera will sometimes make clicking noises like it’s opening the lens (it’s not) or changing day/night mode (it’s not). Not sure what it’s trying to do. As I said, these are all minor issues that are outweighed by the many nice features and overall operation of this camera. There’s a 1-year warranty, which is activated through customer service. I’ve emailed customer service several times for warranty and cloud storage activation and they’re very responsive.
