Poor quality
Very cheap read Reveiws and still purchased wheel broke already and its very wobbly when pulling or pushing it can fit under plan seat but my issue is that its already broke and I have to purchase another bag

Stroller Handle (detachable) broken
It’s very decent and lightweight for my 3 month fluffy frenchie if you were to carry or put him in the car but the stroller handle part is very dingy and easy bended and messed up. It’s also detachable so I’ve just kept it for travel in the meantime till upgrading

Best inconspicuous pet carrier EVER!
Sooooo much better than a stroller!!! It is light to carry, with or without the passenger inside. Easy to clean and the castor wheels are awesome. Very simplistic to hook up to the passenger seat in your vehicle and it took me a few weeks to figure out that there is a lead on the inside of the carrier to safely secure either your canine or feline friend while driving. Most importantly, no matter what store I go into, when I wheel the carrier in, most people don’t even realize what it is. Several people thought it was a documents carrier. Definite must have.

Disappointed
The product seemed to be great and easy to until I used it. The quality of the bottom of the bag (cardboard insert to hold dowels for the wheels) is poor and the second time I used it, two of corners broke off from the inside and I lost a wheel resulting in damage to the bottom of the bag and a tear. Also, the velcro straps were not effective in firmly holding the handle in place enough to pull my 14 pound small dog in the bag through the airport. I requested a refund thru Amazon, but was denied and only given a promo code for use on future purchases for other qualifying products. Other than that, the quality of the rest of the bag is good and hopefully I can still use it as a car seat for my dog.
