Just want to give a quick shout-out to this product and the company because they definitely deserve it.I recently bought the KOOPRO 32 Inch Dog Crate Furniture with Cushion, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home. The sleek design blends seamlessly with my décor, making it more than just a crate—it doubles as a functional side table. The crate feels sturdy, with strong metal bars and a secure latch, giving me peace of mind. The included cushion is soft and comfortable, and I appreciate that the cover is easy to remove and clean. Assembly was straightforward, and at 32 inches, it’s perfect for small to medium-sized dogs, offering enough space without being bulky. Overall, it’s a great mix of style and practicality, and I’m really happy with the purchase.More importantly, during assembly, I somehow managed to lose some pieces for the sliding door. I wasn’t sure what to do since I couldn’t find the hardware at local stores or online. So, I reached out to the company, explained the situation, and requested replacement parts. Their customer service got back to me the next business day. After confirming which pieces were missing, they informed me they’d send them free of charge. Highly recommend for pre-crate trained dogs/puppies.
The 40inch crate is absolutely perfect. Not only is it better looking than generic crates, the quality is really nice. All the parts came in, there was no damage to anything and it came nicely packed. It was fairly easy to put together, I had help of a second set of hands while attaching the bottom piece to the door. I am just a little bit worried about the cage bars itself. They seem secure but theres a little bit of wiggle room that could be a future issue. Overall, for this price it’s a great crate.

Beautiful craftsmanship!
Sturdy and reliable! But the crate is a little smaller than measurements are indicating here so I’d subtract an inch from height, width, and depth for more accuracy if you have a small space you’re working with. Still rating 5 stars despite that fact because it’s so well made and the finishing are very stylish, it looks and feels like quality. Just wish it was a little bigger, however my dog (Belgian malinois) fits in it still so she’s ok.

So far… Amazing!
We’ve only had these kennels for one day, so I’m starting with 4 stars and will update after a week of use.Assembly: Setup was surprisingly easy. My boyfriend and I assembled both kennels (we bought two) in about 3 hours and the instructions were straightforward.Look & Fit: They look great in our space and actually match the speakeasy, rustic vibe we were going for, definitely not your average kennel aesthetic. Also the product picture was almost a direct match. Sorry the photos re darker than they should but trust me it’s an exact match!Quality: metal is great! I also really love the latches, super easy and lock surprisingly well for just being a foot latch. Joe and mochi are smart and they can’t figure it out so that’s a win. The wood itself isn’t the highest quality, but what sold us was the sturdy metal frame. Our Shiba, Joe, chewed through his last kennel that had the same wood, so the thick, non-chewable metal here is a huge win. Joe doesn’t approve he can’t destroy it but we’re happy!Space: The kennels are very roomy our old kennels were about 37” and we didn’t think a whole 4 inches would mean a lot but it’s truly a penthouse upgrade!Overall: While the wood on the sides feels a bit cheap, the price is fair for what you get. The wood top is also really solid and beautiful. Final thoughts If you have a strong chewer or an escape artist like me this kennel is a smart buy!

Angel Empress Crate Bed
Great quality as described! Built this in about an hour with some help. Extra hardware was great because one screw was wonky. The latches are more of a copper color and I thought they would be black to match the bars, but are functional and good quality as well.Great air flow for my girl, secure and sturdy, and can store her bed time treats and such on top.My King Charles weighs about 24 pounds, but she is long and this gives her plenty of space to stretch out. I was able to find a bed with removable cover on Amazon that was a perfect fit, but the crate did come with a basic nonslip blanket pad that I keep under the bed.This is more than tall enough and is a bit off the ground which helps keep it cool. Great value and heavy weight duty if you have a dog that tries to chew their crate.We are both very, very pleased with her upgrade and would recommend 100%.

It had cosmetic flaws and locking issue
Update: giant hassle trying to get prepaid postage back. I’m not spending another $85 minimum to send this back for a potential refund.It is smaller than photos show but would have been okay for now if it weren’t for some scrapes and cosmetic issues. It shows a large Golden in it- and ours, just a pup, was already slightly cramped in the space! We tried using it anyway because the return page looks like we have to pay shipping, but we are unhappy with the kennel. The sliding door can be unlocked easily if your pet bangs on it enough. Between that and the original scrapes (the shipping box wss damaged so it might be from that, we will have to find something else. The lock situation was the ultimate issue, because we need to keep him kenneled for short periods of time aka have him STAY IN the kennel. We had to go back to his old wire kennel. It’d cost a lot to send back so hopefully the seller will respond and cover it.We tried to go along with it even though it’s smaller than shown and would never hold a large dog, even with the scrapes, but now it’s useless for securing our pup even temporarily if the door keeps opening.

I love the sliding door. Decent quality. We had to replace the screws for the lid as the ones that came with the package were too short. If I didn’t have extra screws available, I would have been quite frustrated. In the end- it turned out well and works for its intended purpose. Easy to put together. My 10 lb dog is quite comfortable inside and it has enough room for a small bed for her as well.
