I already have one of these carriers and love it enough to want a second one.
I already had one and love it enough to want a second (we’re a multi-pet home). It’s easy to assemble, easy to take apart for cleaning or storage. The door on top makes loading nervous pets more simple, and the front door opens from either side or removes completely with a turn of the hinges. Easy to re-attach, too. The cage is sturdy but lightweight and very roomy. The top half is simple to release and allows easy access to the pet for examination and routine treatment. I expect both to last a long time. Great purchase!

Absolutely JUNK
Purchased two of these carriers for my cats. I’ve used them twice. Once to bring them for pics for Easter once last Sunday for Christmas pics. One carrier broke completely. Separated in half, when all the plastic clips on one side broke. Cat escaped. Doors do not fit well, and the plastic clips holding it in are flimsy. Do not waste your money on these. They are poorly made, break easily, and are not worth the headache. Would love to hear from the manufacturer, so I can tell them just how poorly they are made.

Spacious and good quality
As I read many reviews I was skeptical but after purchasing I’m glad I did. Yes I was missing hardware, but a 2 minute phone call to support and they are shipping me the missing pieces. They look great, they are big and spacious for my cats, and if installed correctly work as they should. Easy to clean and easy to get your pet in and out from 2 openings.

USA company. Made in Italy. Good value, I bought 2 for our cats… 8-10 lb cats. I think they make a smaller version, but this size was on sale, and with an additional coupon too. Got 2 for under $40. Took about 15 minutes to put both together… nice instruction booklet included. Extra room for cats to turn… I like that it also has the option to open the top. Plastic will be easy to clean… used pee pee pads during vet visit. Added some zip ties in holes that connect top to bottom just to be extra safe.

Good price but sub-par quality
I use many cat carriers and this one was a good price, so I tried one. The design has flaws. The top and bottom parts are strong, but the parts that hold them together are plastic and there are too few fasteners so I had to add zip-ties to bind them together. The front door opens okay, but the top door connections are also week. The two little buttons that turn to lock the top are so hard to fasten and so small that I can’t use the top as a door. I had to also zip-tie the top shut since the handle to carry it–with animal inside adding to the weight–is there on top and would pop open using the ‘lock’ buttons alone. If you want a top-opening carrier, get one with a better locking system.

Item is not like my other crates, it is more flimsy, not high quality. Would never take on a plane.
This crate is very light weight and not sturdy. Has some wonkiness to it. I have Persian cats and I am not sure I trust this crate to carry them. The plastic reminds me of a gummy bear.Also, the crate needs to be put together, which is ok, but my fingers are sore from trying to make the clips fit together, and the top grate is light weight, had to pull it to make it fit. Still not sure if I have it right.I should send it back, but I guess I am tired of sending items back to Amazon for poor quality. The cats like to sleep in the crates, so I will keep it.Will think twice before I order from Amazon

We wanted a top loading cat carrier. This was far too difficult to figure out, and we therefore returned it. I would either stick to the side door or find a brand that is a little more user-friendly.
