Customers say
Customers find the dog doorbell easy to use and set up, great for training, and worth the money. The functionality and sound quality receive mixed reviews – while some say it works well and is loud enough, others report it stops working after a while and the sound becomes annoying. The ringing frequency and stickiness are also mixed aspects, with some noting it continues to ring several times and gets stuck on the door.

Good product, great customer service
ORIGINAL REVIEW: (2 STARS) Doorbell worked great the first few weeks.. Easy to set up and select the tones.. And our little guy learned in no time!… Then all a sudden we thought our puppy stopped using it and started having accidents in the house again.. But nope! The receiver wasn’t sounding when he would touch the transmitter! So thinking it may just need to be re-synced, I pulled out the manual and started that journey.. Only for it to be cut short by the receiver not responding half the time, and blaring random tones.. CONSTANTLY. During this, intermittently, would the tone we had originally selected for the transmitter TRY to play through the random music, just to be cut short by the continuous other chime.. We tried the second transmitter with similar results.. There is no reset button for the receiver, so I don’t know what can be done that we haven’t tried..So it looks like I will be returning for a refund and start shopping for a different brand. Until then, we have a doorbell trained puppy that doesn’t have a doorbell due to a shoddy flaw. :(UPDATE: Revived a replacement from the seller, their customer service is 5 stars alone! But I will give this new doorbell another month and report back with my experience. Hopefully the last one was just a fluke! š2nd UPDATE: So far so good on the replacement door bell.. I definitely recommend giving this one a try if you want to be easy on your budget. It seems their customer service is five stars on its own from my experience, and they will do what they can if you do encounter a problem like we did.

Ding dong….your kitty is home!
My cats and I love this! Bought this to solve the problem of my cats climbing on the window next to the door when they wanted in. Didn’t take me long to show a couple of them what to do to get in the house, and let the ‘monkey see, monkey do’ happen. I did not use treats. I used the idea of ‘how badly do you want in’ as the motivation, along with demonstrating that when you ring the bell, the door opens. It took a few tries, but they have been consistently using the bell when they want in. Batteries last for about a year or so, depending on how cold it gets during the winter, before needing to be changed. Works well and is super easy for cats to trigger just by rubbing against it. It can be turned up really loud if you need that. The couple of times I’ve had to change the batteries, I haven’t seen any signs of water getting in, despite the fact, it is mounted on an external door on the side of the house that rain usually blows in against with nothing but the eaves overhead. 10/10 would recommend.

Easy to Use, Lots of Options
Our dogs learned how to use this quickly. We’ve had to change the battery once so far. Battery life seemed fair – didn’t last as long as I expected but was decent. Fairly easy to change but was in a weird spot. Seems durable and is holding up well. Good size and value. Our dog usually licks it/touches it with his face to activate it which can sometimes make it ring multiple times in a row. āŗļø

Easy install
This doggie door bell saved my door. I have a big German Shepard that we let out in the back yard to play and when heās ready to come inside he was constantly scratching the door. I eventually had to replace the door from it getting so bad. So I bought this to see if it would help and it did. It took a little bit to train my dog to use it but heās got it and no more scratches on my door. I have it on my back door and front door as well. We usually keep it plugged in towards the middle of the house. It comes with like 20 different ringtones which is nice because you get tired of hearing the same one all the time. If has 4 different mode settings on the ringer. If you just want the audio only, flash only, ring and flash or ring and the light stays one while ringing. I just keep it on ring because as long as we can hear it we know to go let him in. Itās waterproof and the battery on the ring pad has a 2 year lifespan on it which is nice because you donāt have to worry about changing it all the time. But we love it and dog is fancy now with his little doorbell pad

Amazing!
We just got a pit puppyāŗļø got him at 7 weeks! Ordered this and received it when he was about 8weeks, he loves it! Weāre looking to move but we are currently in an upstairs apartment, and no yard outside (we have to walk across the road to the grass in the parking lot) so itās very important for us to have our baby let us know when he needs to go out š he is now 9 weeks almost 10 and he is starting to go ring the bell on his own š and if I donāt get right up or say Iām coming he will surely sit there and ring it over and over again š but Iām so glad he is starting to understand it! itās very important to ātrustā your puppy! If thatās what youāre getting this for! He can really sense when we donāt truly trust him to do it, he has a hard time doing it at night time, he will get nervous to go to the door on his own and end up having an accident, we think itās just because he doesnāt like bedtime yet and he knows he has to go potty before bed lol, but I will update this once he gets older/ or whenever he starts truly using this with no accidents āŗļøUpdate: he is now 15 weeks old and using this constantly! Surely will still constantly ring it if we donāt get up right awayāŗļøš¤¦š»āāļø Up until about an hour or two before bedtime is still a struggle but as stated before he hates bed time so we truly think thatās the issueš other than that this was a great purchase! Iāve seen some reviews of theirs not working long but we have had ours for about 2-3 months now and itās still working great! Wish I wouldāve gotten the one with more than one button just to have in another room but Iām glad he still knows to go right to the door and ring it it is now on the actual door (Gross info) but itās been peed on as well while it was on the floor and still worksš¤£Update #2!! He is now 6 months old and has had 0 accidents for over 2 months now! That is so crazy how fast it has trained our very special boy š„ŗ the bell is very much still working perfectly also! Not a single complaint here! Definitely get it!!

Nowhere on the advert, at the time of purchase, did this product mention it came with a Type A USA plug socket, NOT a UK socket.Sold on the UK Amazon .co.uk site, shipped to a UK address, but given a US 100V Type A plug. Ergo, unusable. Ridiculous.UPDATE: Leaving as 1 star after speaking with customer service for this product. They suggested I buy a converter. Ridiculous, it mentions nowhere on the advert that the product would require a converter. Requesting return.
