The carrier was sturdy and easy to fold.
This carrier was perfect for my 20lb cat. I liked that it folded for storage and could open flaps with mesh for air. Would definitely recommend buying. I was surprised on how sturdy and well made it was.

High quality with so many features for a great price!
I looked on chewy and checked out at least 10 different pet carriers on amazon before deciding on this for my cat who I’m taking on a flight for the first time. I have owned many fabric pet carriers and absolutely love the quality of this! The mesh windows can be covered for nervous cats or ones that just want privacy. The pockets on the back and sides are so useful! The design of this carrier was very well though out with high quality mesh and waterproof lining,. I am happy that the opening of the carrier doesn’t collapse when unzipped like other carriers on amazon because the front entrance has two sets of zippers. It can still be foldable but hold its shape! The only thing this carrier needs is a small blanket/ bed to make the base comfortable. There is a bamboo mat but that’s really just to support the base. Would definitely recommend this to all pet owners with small pets.

Missing part
I like this carrier, it is the second one I purchased. I would give it a higher rating, except for it was delivered without the bottom insert. The carrier is not very useful and is unstable without the insert included. I will probably have to make something up or send the product back.
