Outstanding Product!
I’ve used this product for years and its performance is unmatched. It works very well on organic and protein stains (milk, blood, egg, urine, perspiration, any of animal or human origin) and plant based stains (such as: grass, coffee, tea, wine, juice). I’ve used it on vehicle interiors that were still dirty after being professionally detailed, mattresses and carpets that have been urinated on by small people, spit up *other* baby stains, things that have been vomited on, fish stain/odor from a leaky cooler left inside a hot vehicle, couches that had cat funk on them, etc. It has worked well ALMOST every time. (Honestly, some stains on laundry get to the too far gone point, and it doesn’t work on ink, some greasy stuff, stains not mentioned above.)The fragrance is natural, light, and pleasant, unlike other “pet” enzyme cleaners that I have used in the past that were overpowering. This set is also budget friendly if you’re looking for an economical option for regular use.

LOVE this product. Best general stain and smell remover, excellent for baby stains on clothes, great cleaner for my little Bissell to clean furniture and carpet spots. Been using for over 13 years!

Lime smells good and eliminates smell, cats don’t return to treated areas
I like this product a lot. I have 3 cats, one of whom was peeing outside the cat box – pooped there, but wouldn’t pee. This stuff took care of the odor and cleaned tile and grout so she’s quit going to that spot and repeating the peeing. And it has a pleasant smell – I bought the lime, not the lime-lavendar. I’ve also used it on wood floors and it cleaned that with no damage or staining of the wood. Also cleans poop box and poop odor as well as working on cat puke that has hardened in an obscure corner. I recommend for anyone wanting to clean up after cats.

in our multi-cat household, we couldn’t live without this stuff
we’ve been using this for several years now, and this stuff is FANTASTIC! this enzyme cleaner really gets out pet odors and stains on carpets. it’s safe for fabrics, safe for humans, safe for our animals and the environment, and bonus: it’s made by a family owned/run company, so buying this product supports a small business. the odor isn’t one that YCandle is going to design a new candle around any time soon, but it’s also not offensive. what it lacks in perfumy aroma, this product more than makes up for with its safety, and effective cleaning power, particularly on pet messes. we have a spray bottle of this handy on every level of our house. we save $ and reduce waste by buying the large jugs and just refilling the same spray bottles. if you have a pet, especially if you have multiple pets and CARPETS, this is a must-have.

This Stuff Is Good!
Everything about this is good except the price! I go through it like water. It whitens whites, takes out stains. Removes dog odors. I spray it on carpet stains before shampooing. It’s good but it costs too much!

Great product!
I have been using this product for over 10 years and especially like the new spray bottle that they are using. The spray bottles is very durable and I appreciate having the fall gallon extra on hand when I need it. I use this to clean up cat vomit most of the time and I found it works really well. I do use additional products with it though if a stain has sat for a week before I find it.

The bathroom doesn’t stink any more
My father has dementia and incontinence, and urine messes are a frequent occurrence (fecal messes are less common). Because he has a seat riser on the toilet and forgets to lift it out of the way when he pees, urine gets into nooks and crannies and crevices that cannot be cleaned, short of taking the whole toilet set-and-riser assembly apart. I tried Nature’s Miracle cat urine spray foam, which makes a mess if my aim is off and has a very strong perfume — combined with the smell of the urine, it’s overpowering and unbearable, although now after several months and breakdown of all/most of the old urine, it’s not so bad any more and actually somewhat pleasant. The Roxy stuff I tried, must have thrown out, forgot I had already tried and purchased it again, used it once, and cannot tolerate. Very strong, very harsh chemical scent with or without urine present.This Biokleen Bac-Out product, however, is great. The Lime Essence fragrance is very unobtrusive and inoffensive, even in the presence of urine. Most importantly, it makes the urine smell go away. I can spray it into the crevices of the toilet and it runs into all of the same places the urine runs into. I still do my best to clean into the crevices with toilet paper, but at least anything that I can’t reach is not smelling.I also sometimes use it on Dad’s shoes or slippers, or on a heavily saturated washable pad that sat in the laundry hamper too long before going into the washing machine.The only downside is that the overspray does leave a shiny residue. When I start noticing it (I have ceramic tile floors), I know it’s time to get out the mop.

Great spray for dog mess cleanup
This spray has worked very well at removing dog poo and pee messes and odors from the carpet. We don’t need it that often, thankfully, but it has been good at eliminating odors when used correctly. The soiled area needs to be cleaned with the spray and a brush or rag to get the mess out initially, then sprayed and left wet for a while until it fully dries on its own. We cover the area with a rag to keep it from drying out too quickly in our dry climate. Afterwards, the smell is not detectable.
