Very Good For Special Needs
This was the best item I’ve bought for my daughter thus far. She is special needs and was able to navigate the call video option with ease. The quality of the video and sound were perfect. I would recommend this product for parents that dont feel their child could handle a cell phone but want the security of having a way for your child to safely contact you.

Good quality pet camera
Good quality camera for communication with you pet. My dog reacted to it and it was very helpful when he was left home alone. Video quality is good, audio is also good, picture quality is good. Good value!

Functional
So, these work as intended. I used them to see my pup while away. The software needs a few additions badly! A “Disable Camera”, that puts it into a sleep mode is badly needed. I would have to unplug or turn the camera on its face to get privacy. It just needs a switch to disable the camera while I am at home.

Works great after a few hiccups
It works great. BUT—it took hours and hours of trying. My problem was that when I first registered on the app there was an error with my email/password login-no idea why. And trying to reset my password wasn’t user friendly. So I tried logging in with my Apple ID. That caused all my problems. App would connect but cam wouldn’t. After succeeding in resetting my original email/password everything worked perfectly.

Good for monitoring elderly and video calls
I purchased this device to monitor an elderly person for whom I am a care provider and it has proven very useful. It really does everything it claims. Here’s my overall assessment:PROSo It can be maneuvered remotely from my phone to pan the entire room. You can move the field-of-view up and down also (going below the horizon is limited).o The device’s mic picks up sound very well in all direction, especially voices.o Its speaker is very loud so that people with moderately impaired hearing can hear your voice (depending on how impaired, of course). I have had better luck with this than a speak phone.o The device has a small, circular footprint (<4 in), which makes it easy to station on any horizontal surface.CONSo The app can only be gotten for a mobile phone. It would be nice to access the device from my laptop.o The manual and device instructions seems roughly translated into English. Adding another user to the device was particularly complex and made more difficult because of the poor English.o There are no aux sound or video ports to send sound or video to other devices, but this is largely unnecessary.o The video/sound sometimes (rarely) freezes (a session tends to freeze when you leave the app and then return back to it). When this happens, you need to restart the session or sometimes the app.o You can start a video call while monitoring, but you need to restart the monitoring session after ending the video call.In general, the PROs are way more important to me than the CONs, which are mostly minor annoyances. Only the first two CONs were relatively significant for me, but not enough to downgrade below a 5.0.

Great for watching the dogs
I purchased this camera to keep an eye on my daughter’s dogs we are watching while she is deployed. They have separation anxiety so this makes it easy to watch and correct them when necessary. Also giver her the opportunity to see and talk to them whenever she wants all the way from Kuwait!
