Great for target training!
I have two small dogs that I am training in obedience and tricks. These target sticks have made it way easier. The first thing I did was shape a target behavior. Whenever they approached the target end I marked and rewarded with food. I wanted to build the value in the target stick because one of them was a little wary of it at first. My small dogs are like six and seven inches tall respectively while I am 5’7″. I started putting peanut butter on the target paw and using that as a lure and reinforcement for walking in heel position. I love that it came in a multipack because I have one designated one for peanut butter, so I don’t have to wash all of them every training session.

Great Target Training Tool – Simple, Durable, and Effective
We have a young poodle just over a year old, and we’ve been focusing a lot on training recently. A friend recommended trying target training, so I decided to give this set a try – and I’m glad I did!The quality of the tools is excellent. I bought these for play time with my puppy and he enjoys it. It takes very little effort for the top to come off. I had to buy superglue to glue it back on and hopefully that will hold.

I got these for snake training…
I’d been learning about target training with snakes when it comes to feeding them, so I’ve been wanting to try it out. When I saw these, I figured they’d be perfect for it!They’re a bit shorter than I’d love, but they’ll get the job done at least. That is, if my dog doesn’t find them and chew them up in the meantime…They could also be used for a more adult use, too, but I’ll leave that up to your imagination ;)Overall, these are kind of cheap, but not in a bad way. Whatever your uses, I think it’s a great deal, and I’m hoping that they’ll hold up well.

They’re what you’d expect. On the shorter side so you can’t hit too crazy hard which is a good thing. But test it on your hand arm so you know what you’re getting into.The one I got was labeled as Green PurPK which I assume is green, purple pink. I wanted to note that the green is more like a highlighter yellow. Not that this really matters to me but figured I’d point it out if it does to anyone.I like that the tops are silicone I am hoping that makes it easy to keep them clean. I tugged on the tops and they didn’t pop off. The cord at the bottom doesn’t seem like the thickest thing but I just need it to hang them up and it works fine for that. I’d avoid giving a dog any chance to chew on it though.

Great for puppy training.
Great variety pack of pole sticks for training. You can put peanut butter, etc., to help lure dogs into position for training. It’s great if your dogs are small dogs, so do you not have to bend over in order to reach their nose. If you’re up for it, these also make great spanking tools to curb their bad behavior.
