Sturdy!
I love that this crate is able to be open from almost all sides, very convenient. I also thought it would rip since my 3 month old puppy used to paw at it when he wanted to be let out but it never did and we’re a little passed that level of scratching, he’s handled it much better. The back has a little storage pocket that’s perfect for storing potty pads. Lastly, the detachable bottom is washable so that’s great!

Sturdy, well designed soft dog crate
Love this soft crate. Easy to assemble and disassemble for taking it with me on vacation. The zippers are sturdy so I feel confident my pup won’t scratch his way out of it.

Poor Quality – Top Zipper seam pulled away after 2.5 months
At 1st we thought these were pretty well made. We purchased 2 of these for our dogs. I went to disassemble them on a recent vacation and noticed the top zipper seam pulled away from the canvas on one of them. It wasn’t that way when I set it up at beginning of trip. Very disappointed as the only time the top zipper was used was when disassembling for travel. The dogs never touched this. The doorway zippers are perfectly fine. We’ve had these for a little over 2 months and can no longer return so stuck with a defective kennel. I do not recommend. The manufacturer needs to improve their quality for the price these are sold for. Shopper (me) needs to be more selective. Lesson learned.

Well made, easy to set up.
This is very well made yet easy to fold or set up. Very convenient to have for travel or when you need to keep your dog from running around after an injury. It’s also perfect for day to day usage for nightly crating.

Zipper won’t hold.
This will not hold a dog with a mild desire to get out. The Dog has can nose her way out via the zipper. Now the zipper will split with just a light push from her. It has become an open crate for her to go lie in when she feels like it. Time to buya plastic or metal crate.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got tired of bumping my legs, the walls and almost scratching a car door while trying to carry collapsible metal crates. I got this one so a family member would not have to bring her dog’s crate on public transportation to me, and the dog LOVES it. When I fell asleep on a human-sized dog bed, the dog still ditched me after awhile to go snuggle in her new crate. I was not sure if I would keep this for my own dog, but I absolutely am going to do so.

Well made
Seems to be very well made. The frame is easy to put together and directions are good. Only issue I had was I am not strong enough to get the frame straightened out with the fabric of the dog crate. I had to get help with that part. I purchased this for my dog who has seizures and wanted a soft side crate for her. It comes with a pad but the picture attached shows the dog crate pad I already had. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to get help to put it together.
