No English instructions!
A 4K home indoor security camera that works on wifi and a downloaded phone app. It has very clear night vision and head rotation.The one problem I ran into with this system is that the instruction book is not in any English. This made it necessary for me to get it translated page by page which took me a very long time. Too much time as a matter of fact, and in my opinion not worth it. I even scanned the scan code to listen to it and had a hard time understanding the female voice on it so that wasn’t much help either.I am very disappointed in this camera with the language barrier that I never even finished setting it completely up.

Ruined this camera system
Absolutely ruined this camera system with continuous adds and no longer allowing to watch motion triggered videos without paying!!! Which was why so many of us bought lots in the past. They are now garbage!!

Junk Junk Junk
Complete junk and missing features that are advertised in listing. I don’t know how anyone can rate this 5 stars, I have higher end security systems but thought it would be cool for the little ones to FaceTime/ call me while I’m away for work. The instructions included are junk, camera quality junk, setup was near impossible, and worst of all it didn’t have 2 way calling. Pressing either of the buttons did nothing but beep. Do not waste your money on this!!!!!

Fun little camera that allows you to talk to someone without a phone or laptop. We have been using it to talk to our dog and he loves it, although a bit confused. Now we can check on him while we are out for the day. Pretty easy to setup and use if you have a bit of standard tech knowledge. Recommend.

The 2.8″ screen lacks customization options: the time and language settings are fixed, limiting convenience. Additionally, the buttons are unlabeled, making operation difficult. The app experience is hindered by frequent ads for cloud storage, which feels intrusive given the local storage option. Overall, the camera has potential, but usability improvements are needed.

This might be a nice camera. I’ll never know. I won’t take the chance of downloading or scanning something from an unknown source in order to learn how to set it up. If a manufacturer wants to sell a product in the USA, they need to include instructions in English. Most companies include manuals in multiple languages. I’ll donate this device to a charity and let them decide if they’re willing to risk the security of their laptop or cell phone to an unknown source…
