These huge pads work super great for training my little pupper, and in fact, since these are more sold for humans, they are more absorbent and just larger in size. Otherwise, there is no difference between ones sold explicitly for pets. Very absorbent and great and keeping the urine smell contained in the material. Great value for multi-purpose protection!
I was initially skeptical when these arrived because they seemed thinner than our usual pads, but they really do deliver on performance. I put them to the test by pouring half a bottle of water near the edge (mimicking like our dogs used to do before they were fully house-trained), and I was impressed – the absorption was quick enough to prevent any overflow onto the floor, and the gel layer did an excellent job containing the liquid without any dripping.While we don’t need these much for pet training anymore since our dogs prefer going outside now, we’ve found a new primary use for them. We place these under our 6-year-old’s bedsheets as insurance against nighttime accidents. She’s pretty much potty trained, but you know how it is – sometimes after a late dinner with lots to drink, accidents can still happen if you forget that pre-bedtime bathroom trip. Good size
We use these for our dog. We’ve been getting a smaller size 24×24 and our dog misses a lot. So I decided to get a bigger size and that works much better. These are 30×36.They do the job and the dog pees on them. They seem to match the absorbency of all the other pee pads we have tried. They are about the same thickness of other pads. Really I can’t tell much difference as they all generally seem to be the same, so it comes down to what size works the best.

Perfect for Our Rescue Puppies!
We run an animal rescue, and these Rainlotus underpads have been a lifesaver—literally! The 30″x36″ size is perfect for covering larger areas, whether it’s in puppy playpens, crates, or on furniture we want to protect. The absorbency is outstanding; even with a group of energetic pups, we haven’t had any leaks soak through to the floor.They dry quickly, which means less mess and less odor, and the leakproof backing really works. We’ve used other brands that bunched up or tore easily, but these stay flat and durable even with little paws running over them.They’re not just for puppy training—these have been great for protecting bedding and furniture when caring for older or sick animals too. Highly recommend for anyone with pets, but especially for rescues or fosters where heavy-duty protection is a must!

Absorbent and good larger size
These work well. Using as dog pee pads. Good value because of their large size. They are absorbent yet don’t control or block odors at all. I throw away pee pads quickly after they are used, so this isn’t an issue for me. I may order again.

They don’t keep floor dry
They leak right thru the middle as well as off the edges. I put this under a cat litter box because the cats pee over the edge. The entire underneath of the pad was wet. Will ruin a floor if not careful. Very disappointed for the price. Am returning them Pronto.

Bed pads
These pads are really handy and do exactly what they promise. They absorb liquid super fast and keep the surface dry, making cleanup way easier. The top layer is soft and gentle, even for pets or babies. My only small complaint is that they are a bit thinner than I expected, so for very heavy accidents I need to use two layers.
