Very nice!
The case itself is pretty cheap but all the supplies inside are high quality. I am someone who likes to stay organized so this is very pleasing for me. Before this I had a bunch of miscellaneous grooming items scattered all over and now I can start fresh. This is a great gift for someone with a new animal or a housewarming gift for someone with animals. I would definitely purchase this again!

Great tools for a Maine coon cat
Works great on my long hair cat. I have a Maine coon cat and his fur is always matted. The tools in the kit takes out the matted fur and the cat fur becomes smooth and shiny

OK set, nice to have stored together in the bag
I tried this grooming set on both my cat and dog. The cat loved the shedding brush, but it didn’t really do that great a job getting out the excess fur. We have a different brush that is similar but seems to do a much better job. The finer dematting comb definitely was more aggressive at cleaning off the fur, but our cat didn’t seem to like that one as much.The shedding brush didn’t do a thing for our dog’s coarser fur. It just isn’t strong enough to pull through. The double-sided dematting comb worked a lot better but the fur tended to fall off and make a mess. The single sided dematting comb was a little too fine for our dog’s coat.The clippers seem pretty good. No idea on the file as none of our pets would ever allow us to file the nails. The bag keeps the tools organized in one place.

Basic tools in a nice carrying bag
This 6 piece set is a good starter set for someone who gets a new puppy or kitten or who wants to groom their pet at home. The names of some of the tools are different than what I call them, so I will describe them in order pictured from left to right, top to bottom, with individual star ratings1. Slicker brush – the rubber tips do not get in and pull out hair well – 3 stars2. Nail trimmers – easy to operate and cut well – 5 stars3. Nail file – basic and best for smaller nails – 4 stars4. Comb – sturdy and easy to grip and hold – 5 stars5. Dual-sided dematting comb – best item in the set – 5 stars6. Shedding Tool (they call it a dematting tool) used to pull out undercoat – 5 starsThe quality of all the tools is OK, they feel good in your hands and should hold up to basic home usage, but you won’t find a professional groomer using these tools. I like that the set comes with a nylon bag to keep all the tools together and provides a great place to store everything when not in use.

Awesome brush for double coated dogs
I haven’t tried the clippers yet, but I’m seriously impressed with the main brush in this kit. Shockingly, it works better than a Furminator on my Husky-German Shepherd mix—who sheds more than any dog I’ve ever met. It pulls out that already-shed undercoat like a dream. The only weird thing was that the handles were a bit sticky at first, but I gave them a quick wash and haven’t had any issues since.I own a ton of different brushes but this is now my go-to every time.

Decent basic grooming kit
If you’re not planning on being a pet groomer and just want to have some of the equipment handy to take care of small issues, trim nails, brush regularly, etc. then this will work well for you. It’s got everything you’ll need plus a little more. The product itself is all sturdy, and it’s good to have it in one location (the bag it comes in).

Nice set for its price
This is a very nice set for its price point. It is middle of the road quality. Not high-end, but you are not paying high-end prices for this. I feel the tools are strong and sturdy enough to do the job and they give you a nice assortment. I also like that they give you a case to keep everything neat and tidy, but the case is also middle of the road quality. I do feel this is a very reasonable price point for all that you’re getting.

Just okay, good for occasional use
This grooming set is okay. I found it to be pretty mediocre, personally. It does include a good amount of grooming supplies, which makes it a good starter set. I wouldn’t count on it for long term/frequent use, or for pets who are challenging to groom or have thick coats. I found the quality to be lacking. The parts are made of cheap, low quality plastic. Some of the things jiggle around and aren’t very sturdy. The wire bristles on the brush were crooked and bent (but still usable). Plus the handle on the one brush was sticky? Weird. I just wasn’t impressed by the quality. It’s fine for occasional use, but if you plan on using it frequently, I’d recommend upgrading to something a little nicer. It just didn’t feel very substantial to me.
