I should have known that the price was too good to be true! I wanted cell service for a week to communicate with my son during summer camp. Sign up is very easy! They have put a lot of thought into grabbing your info and CC number right away! However, once you “activate” (i.e. give them your info) – their cell service doesn’t actually work. Then when you try to get assistance they give you the run around for a day saying it can take 24 hours for calls to work and after that they blame your device. (I have tried this SIM card in multiple devices and it does not work in any of them.)Texts and data do work some of the time, but about 1 in 3 texts doesn’t go through. If it’s that unreliable then why bother? I would just walk away and be done with the waste of time except for the fact that they force you to sign up for auto-refill when you activate your SIM card. So you have to call and wait on hold for an hour just to end their “service” (if you can call it that.)If this isn’t a scam then a lot of scammers should come observe this company. You can do everything by email or online EXCEPT cancel the service or discontinue auto-refill. (I wonder why) I have emailed their tech support many times trying to get calls to work and they never did work.Bottom line – just pony up the money for a SIM card and plan from big name company and be done with it. don’t wast time with this company trying to save a few bucks. Amazon should really discontinue selling these types of services because it also reflects badly on Amazon.

Good for what it says it will do – use in GMS tracker
I like that it is clear on what it is to be used for and simple. The web activation process is straightforward. Keep in mind that when you send a text command to the tracker/gps etc device you are using it in will equal one text and the reply is another text. So basically texting to your device equals 2 text per communication.Where I run into problems is here:If tracker device looses battery charge the whole thing can stop working and the sim and device need to be paired again. I am stuck on this part and struggling to get my device working again. I checked on the website for the sim at it is still active.EDITI would like to see remaining texts shown on website. – Seller must have updated this because this feature is NOW available.I do not like that I have to input credit card information on website to use sim card EVEN if I select no auto update data.

Only thing that worked for child’s gps watch
I just received this today, and it was the only SIM card to work with my child’s gps watch! Finally a solution for a simple phone gps watch that needs simple calls and little data to track them for SOS. I TRUELY RECOMMEND! It may take 24-48 to fully function but the calls went through right away as well and eventually the data popped up on the screen. He used it inside the house, and when he went to the library and the tracking and phone worked great! Get this if you’re buying a third party watch that doesn’t work on your network, it’s worth the money!

I don’t know if it’s the actual “service” or the USB card or what but it works sometimes and other times it doesn’t. coverage is hit or miss. very frustrating. I use it for a mobile GPS watch for my child.

Easy to set up, easy to use as long as you wait the setup time it clearly tells you about.Only reason for 4 stars is the cc requirement. If I wanted my card linked I wouldn’t have bought a SIM with money on it already, would have used a card

Don’t waste your money
I bought this for my child’s GPS watch, and called the, “RUDE” people on the help number, the GPS functionlaity only works in some area and not on all watches. Speed talk blamed it on the watch and, the area I lived in, trying to tell me I live around hills and mountains, and it has limited range. “what ever” it just really doesn’t work. the telephone number works fine, , for some spotty and granular, dropped calls, but U can forget the GPS function. Amazon should be ashamed they sell such a crappy device.
