Perfect for my large rabbitry!
In the past I raised puppies. Now it’s rabbits for the freezer. So I’ve experienced all the ups and downs of water dishes, food dishes, toys, etc. The difference is puppies can get out of their cage and play. Rabbits spend all of their time inside a pen, especially here where Hemorrhagic Rabbit Disease is active. So we provide very large cage environments for our bunnies. In turn they need a lot of water and everything is up off the ground. These dishes are amazingly stable, even if attached to the side of a cage without sitting on a supportive floor. I fill them completely to the top with water and not a drop falls out. Moving them can be tricky. Especially if you are attaching them to a large cage with limited working space. Our cages are very large 3′ x 3′ x 3′, but access is limited with a door or overhead opening. So to move the water dishes you have to juggle two bolts through two guides while attempting to add the finger screws. Yes, a bit of a challenge, especially if you have to reach around to the outside to attach with one hand while holding the bowl and guides plus bolts together inside the cage with the other hand. I actually needed my husband’s help. But small price to pay for such sturdy bowls. My rabbits like to hang on them, and they do not bend or lean at all, so very sturdy material. The bowls are stainless steel and I love being able to pop them out to rinse with no problem at all. Very user friendly. So 5 stars for reliability, sturdiness, and ease to clean. In the animal world, these are critical factors for longevity and health, and this product provides it!

Sturdy
Very sturdy and easy to install BUT the bolts are way too long. They stick out over an inch, snagging everyone who walks by. Replace with 1″ #6 metric and buy cap nuts.

These bowls work great in my dogs’ wire crates and in my critter nation cage.They are able to be hung on all vertical bars, and horizontal bars, if they’re not spaced too far apart.The bowls are held in place well while still be removed easily for cleaning and refilling.

Great when you need to feed all the fosters
Kitten crazies won’t knock these bowls over keeping babies, their crate, and my house cleaner. Also love that the bowls just slide in smoothly and can go through the dishwasher.

Perfect size and easy to use
I bought them because I needed to keep one of my 4 cats isolated in a crate for 8 weeks after surgery . It worked perfectly. They are the exact size for a can of wet cat food or dry food or water. They are easily removed for cleaning and refilling. Also since they are attached to the crate they did not tip over and spill creating a mess.

Brackets break easily
These brackets are terrible they are very flimsy and cheaply made. I’ve had them a little over a week and already 5 out of the 8 brackets have broken. I only have French bulldogs so if you have something smaller this might work for you but I was extremely disappointed. The bowls are fine.
