Great for small room
We have a field hockey goalie. She brings her gear in and needs to ‘air’ it out. That tends to stink up whatever area it is in. We use a spare bedroom and that ‘stink chamber’ is about 14’x10′. I used a larger ozone machine first but it was far too powerful. I ordered this one and it is PERFECT!! She spreads her stuff out in front of a tower fan on swing mode and we plugged this ozone machine in the wall behind the fan. Turn it up to half power and let it run overnight. Put a rolled up towel at bottom of door and let it run overnight. By morning, all is dry and the typical odor is not there. It smells like an indoor pool.Great for a small room, bathroom or small space. Run for a few hours and keep unoccupied. Works well, very quiet and does the job. Hopefully it will last at least a year.

Does what it claims cleans the air, simple to use but in less than a year one of the set has failed!! Simply no longer comes on never been dropped or misused. Fortunately I still have the second part of the set but use it sparingly. in conclusion if purchased the warranty is a MUST. ****** PLEASE THIS IS AN AMENDMENT******: I posted a review “cleans air but!!” in less than 24hrs I was contacted asked some very simple and fair questions to show the malfunction, of the device. They responded quicly by sending a new device free of charge(nice) but even nicer they monitored the delivery of the new device, when it was not delivered, they contacted me and sent another which arrived intact and on time. 10 STARS FOR THE EFFORT, AND CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION!!!! This brand works so far.
I bought 3 of these and put 2 of them where I have litter boxes. They all started out great. Two I leave on continually at different settings and they kill odors, so they work great. The one I have in the bathroom we turn off and on as needed, because the sound can be heard through the walls and it is very irritating.I keep them at different settings depending on the area treated, and rarely turn them off. I should vacuum them once a month, but I do not because I find that when you turn it off and then turn it back on, it sounds like a jet is trying to take off. Then you have to pat it and poke it and either give up and unplug it because you cannot stand the noise, or just let it run and sometimes it goes back to normal, sometimes not.Bottom line, the price is not bad, they do kill odors by putting ozone into the air, you should vacuum them once a month to keep them from putting a sooty deposit on the outlet wall area, and if you turn them on and off, expect it to maybe not turn back on quietly.The last one I bought lasted about 15 months. So overall, not a bad little unit. I have tried several other brands and this one seems to be a bit better than those of similar design.

I’ll leave my old review, but I’m changing the stars. These lost their power shortly after I started using them. I always had one in my garage, and I have one in a guest bedroom where I keep boxes. I like their portability and use them to keep the smell of cardboard away, use in the kitchen while cooking to get rid of food smells, and sometimes in a bathroom when cleaning as it helps remove the chemical cleaner smell. But these aren’t keeping up. It seems like they’ve lost their initial ozone power. If I put my face close to it, I can smell it, but they’re just not keeping up like the last brand. Unfortunately it’s past the return point and I’m disappointed about that. Dropping from 5 stars to 2.Original review:So far, so good! I used to buy some that look like this, P L I X I O. I don’t know what happened to them. They just weren’t working as they were supposed to anymore.But these have been good so far and are creating that ‘fresh air’ smell. It really helps to keep it from smelling like stale cardboard boxes and ‘garage’. The other is in a vacant property that I’m moving into. They property management had cleaners come in and spray some awful scent, so I’ve been working to get rid of that. That also seems to be working pretty well.I don’t recall if it has a timer, but it doesn’t matter because it would be easy enough to get a separate timer and plug it into that.The thing I like most about this particular style is that I get to control output. It’s important. I get to choose if I need a little help or lots of help. That feature alone is worth it.

Flimsy quality for price
I wanted to update my reviewe as i was contacted by the seller after i flagged my broken device and i was delivered a replacement device. The service was very quick and efficient.I recommend this seller.Device broke few months after purchase and now makes ungodly sounds. It initially did good job eliminating smok odor and one could feel the ozone scent but it quickly turned into a noise maker.

Good little unit that started very aggressive with ozone production, and was very quiet. Now months later it is noisy and ozone production levels change a bit. We lost power last night, and it is now so noisy that I unplugged it. For the price and how long it did run, I guess it is OK.
