Just got it but like it so far.
Can’t say it lasts forever cuz I just got it but it does seem durable enough to last. My 17lb boys took to it immediately, so well that I thought I’d leave this review as I am here to purchase another one so I can get both boys going together without them chasing/fighting over the same one lol! I actually think I’ll keep one in the truck for park runs and one at home for the yard.It’s true! They wear out way faster than I do! Only thing, I find myself spinning in a circle and getting dizzy lol it’s not good for someone with vertigo… I learned pretty quickly to just swing it over and around my head. Different ways of playing with it… they love it even when it’s not moving and they just chew on it.Handle might be heavy for some with smaller/weaker wrists, otherwise I appreciate how sturdy it is. Retract in if it’s too much with it all the way, reduces tension on your wrist.Maybe I’ll update with posting a video idk we’ll see.I recommend you try this though. It is a good time waiting to be had for you and pup (or any other animal you play with) bonding time.Remember, it’s getting hot. Don’t play too long/hard and keep water and shade nearby. Enjoy.

My Australian Shepherd loves this teaser wand. The second I pull it out, he lights up—ready to chase, leap, and run circles like it’s his full-time job (which, let’s be honest, it kind of is).It’s sturdy, easy to swing around, and gives him a great outlet for all that Aussie energy. I do wish it extended just a little longer to give him more of a challenge, but overall, it’s been a fantastic toy.Murphy gives it two paws up!

Dog loves it
Our pup (60lb 1yo lab mix) absolutely loves this thing. When he catches it he has a habit of trying to run off with it and this has withstand his attempted dragging. He also has a habit of grabbing right above the attached toy, chewing on the line itself. This has also stayed strong against him.The wrist strap broke IMMEDIATELY the very first time i used it but i didnt really plan to use it that much anyway. It also came with a 2nd attachment rope toy, would definitely be willing to buy again!

Needs to be made stronger
Update 2/8/24I have purchased *3*b of these now because my doodle loves them but unfortunately her grip and pull is too much for this toy to stay intact. I really hope the makers of this product will see this and change the toy to be stronger when being pulled. It is a great toy to tire out my pup, but once she gets a hold of it, it’s very hard to get it out of her grip.Update: after using it a bit more, it’s ok. I will try to shorten the length of the string because it’s quite long with the pole extended out. My 8 month old golden doodle loves playing tug of war with this. It seems to be well made. It’s standing up to tough tugging. It came with two rope toys and honestly the first one is holding up well. I’m raising my review from 3⭐ to 4.It’s bulky and not fun to play with (human opinion). The stick is too long and heavy. I’ll go back to what we did before. Whip and toy tied to that. In my dogs opinion, they love this toy! But since the human doesn’t, it won’t be used.

Great for active dogs!
My dog loves this toy!! He is a very active 1 year old black lab mix and this has to be his favorite dog toy. We take him on 3-5 mile walks daily and they only tire him out for a bit, so this is perfect for midday zoomies. Playing with him with this toy for just 10-15 minutes tires him out and he loves to chase it nonstop. I recommend it for your active high energy dog

Not fun for our 2 year old 55lb Catahoula dog, Wish I had Never Purchased It.
Doesn’t work to help get my dog excited to chase anything we have tied to it!!! I’ve had cats and thought it would be similar. My cats would love to chase things like this around the house as I would wiggle it and toss it back and forth.NOPE, my 2.5 year old 55 lb Catahoula, high energy (a herding hunting breed) was NOT interested in it. She does want to chase any live animals squirrels, cats, dogs, even birds..walking on leash she’ll even lunge up for a crow flying trying to catch it.So bought this thinking I could exercise her in the house since it had so many good reviews. Unfortunately she was not interested, not fun for her. We even attached a stuffed squirrel (her fav) and THEN attached freaking SALAMI to the squirrel! She chased it once or twice and then walked away. Now it’s just sitting in her dog toy bin and I have regret every time I look at it.Waste of money, don’t recommend! She’d rather run around at the dog park and socialize, sniff, etc.We were out of town for 3 weeks and now cannot return it.
