Functional and stylish!
I foster kittens who often need to be free-fed, so I was very excited to try this product to see if it would fit my needs. This is a very useful product that does just what I need it to!There is a lot to like about this feeder:-The feeder itself is very easy to set up and worked as you’d expect a gravity feeder. There was no mess when filling up the water jug, and being able to fill the feeder from the top is a nice touch that makes it different from other feeders I have tried.-The water did not leak at all during the time I had it set up.-Being able to adjust the bowls is nice too, if you want more separation between food and water.-The feeder is also very sleek looking if you care about it looking nice in your home.-It comes with a non-slip mat that is large enough to fit the feeder even when you have the food and water pointing in opposite directions, saving you from having to buy one separately.-The capacity is large, meaning you won’t have to change it super frequently, depending on how many animals are eating.Overall, this is a great product but I do have some minor complaints/things you should consider when purchasing:-The water strainer is a great idea, but the holes are too large to catch the messes I deal with most often (litter and hair).-The food bowl in particular is difficult to clean. I like the stainless steel bowl because it is better to use than plastic, but you cannot take it out to clean it without having the food fall and fill the plastic anyways. You have to take the water side out and sort of dump the food “backwards” into the container, which is standard for gravity feeders but a bit more cumbersome with the water side attached.-The bowls themselves are quite small, so if you have multiple animals using it they cannot eat at the same time, but with a free-feeder they can learn to take turns :)Overall, though, these complaints are minor and do not affect the functionality of this feeder. I would definitely recommend this to pet parents who want a sleek and easy way to keep out food and water!

Not Bad for the Price
Not a bad fountain. It keeps my cats fed for a week at a time, and the water portion seems to be working alright as well. I would like to see an easy way to order replacement filters for the device though, as I had only gotten one in the box. Despite this, for the value, and how easy it was to put together— I highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY!!! This water dispenser only lasted a month. The sensor stopped working for our 2 kittens that we had to press the button for the water to dispense. So it defeats the purpose of having a motion sensor water dispenser for kittens while we are away from home. When I contacted the seller, I never received a response back.

It’s ok not as expected
It’s ok, my pet can’t really get the food I wish this was made a little higher, you can’t have to much in the water jug it puts out way to much it over fills. You can turn the bowls outward/ inward it not what I expected I’m going to return

My cat loves this! The fact that it doesn’t have to be plugged in all the time is a great benefit. The price is great compared to others. The food and water capacity lasts him a good week.

Easy to use feeder
I needed a feeder for my cat that would work well while we were out of town. This one works perfectly for that. Easy enough to fill both the food (from the top) and the water container. The catch is taking off the bottom sections to clean. It’s not very easy – just be careful! Definitely don’t move it as one unit, I’ve dropped it twice attempting that!Works best to separate the food section from the water, with a simple twist. Otherwise my cat kept getting food in the water.I havent done any comparison shopping to know other styles of feeders, for now, this is working for us.
