Water pump is terrible
The feeder has worked pretty good, it doesn’t sometimes get stuck so you have to move the food around a bit.The water on the other hand has been awful. I bought 1 & it quit working after 2 days so I sent it back and got a replacement. Well that one has only lasted less than 30 days and the pump has quit working again.

This cat feeder and fountain set works well enough. It’s nice that you have the option to use power cord or battery. It also has a nice look to it. I recommend a quick hand washing of the containers every few days to keep it clean and looking like new.

Inconsistent feeder, unusable water fountain
Disappointed to say that I’ve had major issues with both the food and water dispensers. Regarding the food feeder, it will dispense food only about half the time– otherwise, it whirs up and dispenses no food. This has forced me to often click the button to manutally dispense the food, defeating the purpose of the feeder.Regarding the water dispenser, it is essentially, unusable. First of all, the water pressure is barely enough to circulate the water, sometimes failing to circulate at all. Additionally, its plasic construction gets filthy extremely quickly, to the point that my cat barely uses it, even if you are changing out the water every single day, the buildup of grime or other stuff happens very quickly. I think this may be because the filter in the water pump is just bad– and unfortuantely there’s no way to clean it. I have been washing it every day, but that doesn’t matter when the pump itself is full of grime. Overall this product was a huge disappointment, with the water dispenser just not usable, and the feeder not providing the most basic functionality of dispensing food!

Auto feeder fails to provide correct amount of food
Water fountain works fine. I noticed when the fountain isn’t kuri g well I need to tilt it so there is less coming up through the stem and then it has a flow again.The feeder I’m unhappy with. It worked well the first two days with the timer and then all of a sudden it dispenses a few pieces of dry food as compared to the settings it’s supposed to. This is a major problem if my cat is waiting on the food to dispense and it doesn’t give the right amount. This will cause a lack of food. This was definitely the part that annoyed me the most and I tried to fix it multiple times without consistent success.I test the feeder before I set the timer and I also set timers a minute ahead of me to check. What seems to dispense correctly at first ends up not dispensing at all. This was a huge issue when I had to rely on the feeder to provide the correct amount of food at the right time.Disappointed in what was initially a good choice but ended up failing in less than a week.

I am so glad I purchased this set! I was looking for the auto food feeder so my cats weren’t waking me up at five in the morning. After less than a week, they have already adapted to leaving me alone and knowing that it’s going to beep when they’re being served their food. And the water fountain is amazing! I go a whole week without even thinking about it. I do use filtered water so that it doesn’t get a residue buildup on it this has made my life so much easier!
