Great Axeloti Hammock
Our axoloti enjoys laying on the hammock. This is a nice addition to the aquarium and not many sellers know about axolati. If I mention axolati in a pet store, I hear What? Whats that??? It is nice that this seller provides great products and cares about the safety of my pet.

Don’t Waste Your Money
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but right off the bat, I am not going to use these hammocks… first, they are humongous! It takes up an entire side of my tank. I placed it in my tank and tried folding it, but there is no way around it. Second, the rings they use to attach the hammock to the suction cups are what you see on a key ring. They are going to rust horribly! Rust is not good for an axolotl, so the hammock will be coming out of the tank and never going back in. I am going to give these to my daughter and let her use them for the shower to put toys on… at least they can be used for SOMETHING… BIG disappointment… the only decent thing is the food dish. I would not recommend buying this unless you are buying for the food dish. Save your money.

Not Axolotl Safe!
Not axolotl safe. I’ve been cycling my tank for nearly a month and placed this inside my tank. Rusted on the rings and almost crashed my cycle. I do not recommend.

Well made but way to big for a 20 gallon tank
Item well made but very large. It takes up half of the tank in a 20 gallon tank. Suction cups don’t adhere to the glass well and after a few days it starts to slip down the side of the tank. Had to take it out because it’s so big. Would be well suited for a 50 gallon tank or larger

The rings on the suction cups rust. Total junkAt least they refunded my money. Might be good for some people but definitely not an axolotl.

I purchased the Axolotl Hammock with a food bowl tray for my aquarium, and while it has some good features, it’s not perfect. The hammock itself is made of breathable mesh, which is great for providing a comfortable resting spot for my axolotl. The food bowl tray is convenient, but the size feels a bit small for larger meals. The setup was easy, but I did notice the hammock didn’t stay in place as securely as I’d hoped, shifting a bit in the tank. It’s a decent accessory, but it could use a little improvement in design and stability.
