Great starter kit for kids
This is a very nice tank for a kids bedroom. It is a seamless one piece tank that will hopefully be leak proof despite the drain plug in the bottom. It has all the pieces necessary to enjoy as a turtle tank, but you will most likely need to add more stones. I won’t be using the ones provided because they will eventually scratch up the tank. I will choose something natural and smooth.I looked up the cost of the filter cartridges needed after the first three get used up and they are available through Amazon for a very reasonable price.The only negative I see is that drain plug. A tank this small can easily be hand dipped to empty half way and then carried to a sink to be dumped. There was no need for putting a hole in the bottom of an otherwise goof-proof set up for kids. Hopefully this will never be an issue.

Easy one and done turtle tank
You get what you pay for, I checked the value of this stuff separately just to see if this was a deal, and for the value you are getting exactly what youād need and for the same value as if youād bought it separately. So things pretty good one and done. Mine is described as ālargeā, but itās actually quite small. Any bigger and youāre looking at the value going up tho. This is a good tank too, I donāt see it leaking and I love the drain on this one, thatās gonna make it easy for cleaning. Everything functions the way it should, itās simple to assemble, and I canāt wait to get it going! Worth the value imoā¦my son is going to be surprised when he sees this up and going this weekend! Would make a great gift, I def recommend!

Decent quality, but not without flaws.
I want to rate it higher, but thereās enough flaws that I just canāt. Itās average overall, with some pros and some cons. Itās a decent quality kit ā every piece works fairly well, including the pump and light. The tank itself is fairly solid plastic and is clean, leakproof, and drop-resistant. That said, for the price, youād hope for a lid or a more scratch-proof wall material if youāre gonna keep clawed reptiles in it. On that note, it is way too small for anything other than hatchling to small juvenile turtles, but it is very adequate for those. It would also be perfect for tarantulas, scorpions, or other inverts as well as maybe small frogs and toads, but without a lid you donāt really have those options.Would I buy again? If it came with a lid, I absolutely would ā even at this price.

Great starter aquarium
I recently set up the AZV Large Turtle Tank Kit for my baby red-eared slider, and overall, Iām impressed with the quality and the completeness of the kit. The tank is large enough to give my turtle plenty of swimming space, which is important for their health and activity. The included basking platform is sturdy and well-positioned, giving my turtle an easy spot to dry off and warm up under the lamp.I also appreciate that the kit comes with a filter, filter plates, decorative plants, a stone, and a lamp with bulbāall the basics you need to get started without having to buy each item separately. The materials feel decent and safe for aquatic pets, and setting everything up was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions. The tank is also visually appealing, making it a nice addition to my living space.The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the priceāit feels a bit high for a starter kit, especially considering some of the accessories are fairly basic. For example, the decorative plants are simple plastic pieces, and the lamp could be brighter or more adjustable. Additionally, while the filter works well, itās a bit small if you plan to expand the tank with more water or additional aquatic animals.Despite these minor drawbacks, this kit is a solid choice for someone starting out with a red-eared slider or similar aquatic pets. Itās functional, relatively easy to set up, and includes almost everything needed for a beginner. I would recommend it for new turtle owners who want a ready-to-go solution, though seasoned hobbyists might want to upgrade some of the components for long-term use. Overall, it offers convenience, good space, and essential accessories for a starter aquarium.

Good for a turtle or small fish
I will update my review to include pictures later. It is very lightweight however, my concerns with the material. I think it may yellow with time. So far, it is easy to clean. I am not using it for a turtle. I instead have it on my desk and use it for fish so it does hold water very well. Pretty decent size for a small baby turtle or a small school of fish.

This is really awesome. I was excited to try this out even though I donāt have a turtle yet, my nephew is three and I was thinking about getting one. I will try and find one that needs rehoming instead of supporting pet stores who treat them like a product and not a living, breathing and feeling being.This didnāt come with instructions except for the basking piece but if you look at the pictures on the amazon page you can get the basic idea.It was easy to set up and everything seems to be good quality. I did notice a few scuffs on the plastic but you donāt notice them unless youāre at weird angles.The filter is nice and quiet and comes with extra filter media.The included bag of rocks is really pretty when theyāre wet. They needed rinsing before I added them.The basking light is adjustable with a dimmer knob and puts out the right amount of heat. Turtles are cold blooded meaning they need heat from other sources for energy as they donāt produce heat on their own.It also has a drain on the bottom which is very convenient because turtles can be very messy and it will need the water changed every few days or so.This is also light weight and really easy to move around.Overall I am very happy about this product and happy that I was able to try it out for you all.If anything changes I will edit this review.Take care.
