Is it necessary to insert a Micro SD card for the monitor?
You can use the monitor without inserting a Micro SD card, but if you want to take photo, record video or check the the previous photos and videos, you will need to insert the Micro SD card.The monitor only support local storage with a Micro SD card.
What’s the Sleep Mode?
In sleep mode, the screen of the monitor will be auto-off when there is no noise/motion/high temperature/high humidity & feeding reminder detected to save power. And you can also adjust the sensitivity level or auto-off duration to meet your needs.
The sound picked up by the monitor from the camera is not loud enough, what can i do?
You can update the version to the latest version in the APP settings, then the sound from the camera will be heard normally.
Why is there no video image on the monitor after the camera is powered on again?
Pls wait for sometime to let the camera restart & pair with the monitor, if you can not see the video after waiting for a long time, you can disconnect the camera and monitor and re-pair them again via the setting of “Camera” with the monitor.
How to connect the baby monitor and the camera? Can i turn off the Wi-Fi connection when i don’t need to use the APP?
The monitor will automatically pair with the camera when they are turned on. The connection between camera and APP need to use 2.4G WiFi, when you don’t need to use the APP, you can disable the WiFi via the monitor’s setting of “Safety Protection”

Better than all the brand names you know (this is the one to get)
This thing just works. Unlike other wifi based monitors that connect to the “cloud” this one has NEVER gone down. The app, isn’t fancy, but it does the essentials. Most importantly, multiple users can be given access to the account, and not just use all the same login info. That’s a huge plus.The camera is decent (probably as good as/if not better) than competitors. It’s motorized so you can pan the room, which is handy. I’ve had my wife accidentally fall asleep with the baby, and I can pan to the chair and see her there so I can know if I should go get her out of there or not. It also features an SD card slot for 24/7 recording (if you really want to keep track of the weird things you kid does). There are built in songs and you can broadcast your audio through it too.The handheld monitor is MOSTLY perfect. It’s USB-C (nice!) and the thing has a MASSIVE battery. Between settings for screen turning off with no motion / sound and the battery itself, I’ve had this thing sitting off of the charger for maybe 12+ hours? I’ve also never had signal strength issues with this before either. I have a large 3000 sqft two story house and it’s never disconnected or come across as low quality.My only complaints about the device itself is that the lowest volume is LOUD. I fixed that by slapping a piece of masking tape over the speaker on the back. It helped considerably. Also, it would have been nice to see a sound meter to see how loud your baby actually is being when the audio is muted. Otherwise, it just shows a symbol that it is detecting sound.But despite those issues, the fact that this thing just works, and works at a fraction of the cost of the big named brands and I have yet to have a single issue with it, I HIGHLY recommend this over any other wifi system you may be considering.

Truly excellent product!
It has been 10 years since I purchased a baby monitor, and so I expected a great deal of improvement, but this product surpassed my expectations.First of all, it arrived beautifully and well packed.I was especially pleased to see that it included not only the two power cords, but also the two power adapter blocks. So many products these days come with the cord but no plug. That was a small thing, but a real indication of the thoughtfulness and quality. Also, I didn’t need them, but the box contains a bracket for wall, mounting the camera and includes the screws necessary for the wall mounting. Very thoughtful and thorough.There was almost no set up. I plugged the adorable cat ear camera in, and it immediately activated. I next plugged in the handheld monitor device. It powered on quickly and was very easy to navigate.The color changing ear lights are a little much for my needs, but I can absolutely see certain toddlers being very by their friendly cat ear nightlight.The quality of the image on the handheld monitor was excellent. The ability to rotate the camera up and down, and all around is phenomenal. There was no noise from the device as a rotated.The intercom saved to work excellently. I noticed a slight delay, but I am not sure if it was the device or operator error.The cell phone app was easy to install and easy to set up. It immediately notified me of a software upgrade for the devices. That is fantastic. I am glad to know that the software Is being updated and improved. Although I couldn’t see anything that needed to be improved.All in all, this little baby monitor camera is far more than I expected, and I am thoroughly pleased. Do not hesitate. This is an excellent choice.
