Great Pet Fountain
We are using this for 4 cats and a small dog. They love the flowing water. I appreciate the light inside to provide a quick look at the water level. There is hardly any noise. The motion activator works great, even when we walk by and accidently trigger it. We also keep this plugged in for ease, but it is battery powered if you need that. When the water flow slows down, it is easy to clean the filter (mostly just per hair for us).

Vital, necessary water fountain
This fountain is perfect for my 2 kittens. It comes with a setting where you can chose to have the water flow continuously when the fountain is plugged into an outlet so there is always a supply of fresh water. The continuous flow draws the attention of the kittens and consequently they drink more water. They remind me of little lions drinking from a river. When it is in the motion activated mode, it operates when they draw near but it tends to startle them and they shy away from drinking. It’s great to know that the fountain will continue to be attractive to them as they mature because hydration will always be important.It is easy to assemble and easy to clean. It has markings on the reservoir for minimum to maximum water levels and a light feature which makes it easy to see in the dark. It comes with a filter that reminds me of those that come with a Brita water pitcher through which the water is filtered as well as 2 smaller sponges that are immersed in the water reservoir. It is very quiet when operating and a good value for the money. I don’t have to obsess over whether my kittens have enough clean water available to them at all times.

Safe and reliable
Great design and reliable functions. The blue light is a bonus. It’s attractive enough that I don’t feel like it standouts. It’s high enough that we don’t worry about the kittens falling in and mama kat still having water.

Water Pump
Love this product, it it quiet, responds very well to sensor and it’s easy to clean.I’ve had this product for 3.5 months. Since I’ve bought, it worked very well the first month but then the pump went out three times, each time I’ve had to manually start the pump up by helping the little fan on the inside to spin to push water through. It can be a little tedious but very easy to do. Unsure for how long I will keep this before trying another product due to the single motor issue.

Not long lasting.
So disappointed. It worked fine and then suddenly the pump stopped working. You cannot contact the company for support. You get some loop where it says “troubleshooting” but it doesn’t help at all. Don’t waste your money. It worked great at the beginning. 3 months seems to be when it dies off based on the other reviews and my personal experience.

I’ve had this product for almost a month, and we absolutely love it! The kitten did not like it in the kitchen when it 1st arrived, & avoided it, but moving it into the living room area was just what he needed/wanted. The kitten loves this water fountain so much, & drinks throughout the day & night. It’s extremely easy to set up, clean, refill, & charge. Such a Great purchase! Looks so nice with that blue light too, & has no motor sound that I can hear. I only hear the soft sound of water trickling once in a while💖 (I also love the large capacity of the water holding bowl/tank) This is perfect, & I recommend it to anyone looking to hydrate & entertain their cat💖 (maybe even a very small dog😁)Update: 5 months later (April 2025), & still Loving it! **It takes 5 to 6 Hours to fully charge the battery once it starts flashing that it’s low**

Don’t let the price fool you
Ok. 6 months in and sure, I was skeptical for the price. I figured it was one of those if it lasts long, bonus. So far, my Maine Coon adjusted to having a fountain instead of a bowl. I drive a semi and I wanted something more stable for him to drink from. It holds 2 liters and also serves as his majesty’s bath. A full charge lasts at least 2 weeks unless they constant play in it. It’s very quiet and the filters are inexpensive. I recommend giving it a wash down in Vinegar once a month, As well as doing a cup to cup vinegar rinsing for the pump. The plastic used is very porous and any lime or calcium scale is hard to get out with regular soap and water. Just like vinegar with a coffee maker it disinfects and cleans. I highly recommend recommend this fountain. Plus it’s a great night light for those of us that used to trip over our cat thingsNow we’re over a year with this fountain and it works as well as the day I bought it. To clean it depending on how long between cleaning is still 5% Vinegar with a cold water rinse out. I stopped using the paper filter because I found out that it would trap a pink bacteria and make the whole thing slimy. I was it with dish soap and water once a week and vinegar as it need it which for all intents and purposes is once a month. It does come apart. The cord plugs into the base and the tubing comes off. Do not submerge the top but you can soak the tubing and sump no problem. Just make sure the plug is dry before you plug it back in to the unit. This water dish is still a 6 toes up Maine Coon approved fountain.
