False Advertising.
Chew-proof? Absolutely not a title selling point this item should have made. It was destroyed by my dog in minutes. The zipper material seemed easy, but the soft material it was made from is not durable and therefore the foam material the mattress was made from was easily accessed and ripped apart. It’s a nice dog bed nonetheless, seemed easy to wash and deal with, but NOT for a destructive dog.

Not very thick, but seems durable
This dog bed is ok, provides some cushion and seems durable enough so far. I have noticed that our dog has chewed or scratched some threads up, but he gave up after awhile. Does not fluff up very much so this is really more of a liner that he can lay on in the crate. This is probably a good thing as he would probably scratch or chew on it more if it had more padding. I haven’t had it long enough to wash it yet, but that seems to be a nice feature if it holds up. Overall, it seems worth the price so far.

Great for senior dogs
Gorgeous for our senior dog who can’t get on off big fat pads anymore but needs lumbar spinal support and cushoning to sleep. Easiest for her to get up to go potty but cleans well for accidents.

Not as Indestructible as described
We got this bed because we felt bad that my dog didn’t have enough cushion in his kennel. Unfortunately, he’s chewed through every bed we’ve ever gotten him, so when I found this “indestructible” and “chew proof” bed I figured it would be worth the extra $$. To my dismay, this bed last one night and was shredded by the next day. Definitely not worth the extra money like I hoped. Will be asking for a refund.

We bought for two beagle puppies. So far so good. They have been using for 5 days and have not chew it up. Others were destroyed in less than 24 hours.
