Works great! Easy to clean, but you must clean it!
Bought this in June 2024. It is not September. It worked great. 1 month in, I thought the pump stopped working. I was pretty bummed, but decided to look at it. I found a small filter in the pump all clogged up w water slime. Took it out gently with plant tweezers, washed it w dish soap and water. Rinsed out the inside where the filter would go, put the little filter back in, plugged it, and boom. It went on. I have to clean the little filter about once a month or whenever it looks like the water is not moving as well. Also, the tube wasn’t lining up with the holes in the tray, but I noticed it isn’t centered on the pump base. I switched it around so that the tube was closer to the wall and everything lined up great.I luv this for how easy it is to clean. I don’t use the large filter, we already filter the water from the fridge. The cats like this a lot.EDIT 10/21/2025. Had this for over a year now and still love it. It still works well and I recently discovered I can take the little motor apart easily and clean the inside of slime. Uploaded new pics and vid of how it works today.

Almost killed my cat
We purchased this back in April of 2022 and will never be purchasing from this company again. When we originally plugged it in, it was great, worked perfectly, cat loved it. We bought it because my cat refuses to drink from stagnant water in a bowl and would always tip it over and create a mess all over the floor, so a fountain is a perfect solution. However, after less than a year later, the water pressure is extremely low, it barely pushes out any water at all, the basin no longer lights up, and we had an incident which nearly killed my cat. Sometime in the middle of the night, my cat tipped over the basin (probably because he thought the water was stagnant due to the extremely low water pressure) and his vaccinine tag on his collar got stuck in the gaps on bottom of the basin. It was so stuck we needed pliers to get it out and my cat had to break out of his collar (it was a breakaway colar, but still requires quite a bit of effort in order to get out of it). If we didn’t buy a breakaway color for my cat, he would have probably died because all this happened when we were asleep and didnt know it was happening. If your cat has any tendacies to knock over their water dish and wears a collar, please do not buy this fountain. Some cheap Amazon water fountain is not worth your cat dying

Only lasted a year
I bought one in July of 2023 when I got my cat, and it was perfect. The water trickles down the stainless steel bowl into a small puddle near the front. My cat loves how quietly and not intrusively the water flows, and he drinks so much water throughout the day.But in November of 2024 the pump died and would not turn back on. My cat was without water for about 12 hours because I didn’t notice until the end of the day. I’ve tried other fountain designs alongside this one to see if he prefers other kinds but this is his favorite fountain. I just wish there was maybe a more expensive version with a more reliable pump or something

The cats love it
This works well and is easy to clean. Very quiet and the cats love it. I wish it held more water. It’s tricky to line the tube up with the opening in the top. I use the brush to help line it up. If you don’t get it lined up, you’ll have water all over the floor so be careful. After cleaning it, it can take a few minutes for the pump to start. I thought it was broken but you need to be patient.

Best Water Dispenser Ever
I have had this water dispenser for 6 months and could not be more pleased with it. It holds a good amount of water, is easy to clean and our cat loves it. The water glows a different color when it is getting too low. I prefer how the water streams into a little pool rather than the fountain style. I highly recommend this water dispenser. Deserves more than 5 stars

Doesn’t work. You turn it on, the bowl fills and the metal part is too tight to the plastic so the water just spills all over the floor. Tried every which way and couldn’t get it to fit with a sufficient gap.The sad part is my cat absolutely loved it.
