This blanket is NOT SELF-WARMING!
The Premium “Self-Warming” Microfiber Faux Fur Pet Throw Blanket was NOT SELF-WARMING AT ALL. I have bought many self-warming products from Best Friends by Sheri for our family pets, have given them as gifts, and have donated (new) beds to the Animal Rescue League of Boston for their shelter. They have all been amazing products for cats and dogs that are nervous, cold, very young, or elderly. The self-warming washable cuddler beds would help feral/outdoor cats also.I highly recommend these other products that ALL have a self- reflecting layer that reflects pets’ own body heat back to them!

Picture Does Not Represent
I thought I was getting a burrowing bed from the picture. It’s a flat (no fluff), regular throw blanket. Nothing special. Quality is fine, but again, the picture shows a dog burrowing in. I should have read more carefully and that’s on me.

Nothing on the his item says self warming
This is very thin, the other reviews have a photo of a bed so no idea what is happening here. The description the tags nothing says self warming like the description when I bought it for only this purpose, returning bc I think this is advertised as something it isnt.

Don’t wash it
When you wash it, it loses a huuuuuge amount of fibers. I had to clean out my washing machine afterwards. This was before the dog used it because Amazon shipped it with round-up that leaked.

Sheds like crazy!!!
I had it on my couch. It looked like a cat had been sitting there with all the faux fur that she’d. I washed it with a other blanket, the blanket and lint filter were covered in faux fur. I don’t recommend.
