Prevents hairballs in cats- I see a reduction in hairballs in my cats. The kibble is very small and cats have some difficulty chewing it.

Weāve been feeding this to our 2-year-old long-haired cat, and honestly, weāre super happy with the results. Her fur looks beautiful, soft and shiny ā and weāve even had people ask us what we feed her because she looks so healthy and well cared for!Sheās not overweight at all, just the right amount of chubby ā healthy, not obese. She loves eating and has never been picky with this food. We think she really enjoys the flavor, because she gets excited at every mealtime.Weāve tried both the hairball control version and the indoor cat formula, and both have worked great for her. No digestive issues, her coat is beautiful, and she stays active and happy.This has been a great choice for us, and especially for her. Highly recommend for other long-haired indoor cats!

My cat loves it. Frequencies of hairball situation reduced, but I wish the pieces werenāt so tiny. My cat is 16 years old with very few teeth left in his mouth, difficult chewing and swallowing. Iāve heard of choking or coughing sound a few times. Not sure if this will be an ongoing purchase.

I rarely write reviews but this food warrants one! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!I had two cats when I started feeding this food (now have 3) the two are litter mates but my boy Sullivan was skinny, wouldnāt gain weight, and had a dull lackluster coat, his stools were always soft and he had the WORST gas! I even took him to the vet for it. He was fine, but my vet suggested I change his diet. He was eating Iams easy digestion. Now, during this period of research, my femal Delilah starting throwing up hairballs every other day.I went with this food because of the great reviews, and my first bag was from Petco because they actually offer a money back guarantee if your pet doesnāt like it (or any other food they sell). I figured it couldnāt hurt trying.Now, Delilah is extremely finicky and had never liked the iams dry. The first day I fed them this, she was all over it. The kibbles are very small, about the size of a shriveled sweet pea, which I think most cats prefer. Within a few days, both their stools were less frequent and smaller/firm and he wasnāt gassy anymore. Within a month he gained 2 pounds and literally looked like a shampoo commercial!! I mean, the silkiest, shiny hair ever! Iāve been feeding them this for about a year now and havenāt seen a hairball since.I was so impressed with this food that About a month after they were eating it, I emailed the company to thank them for such a wonderful, quality product. They even sent them a free goody box (addressed to them) with a full size bag of each of their cat snacks and a card to them. That was so sweet of them.If you have a kitty that struggles with issues like mine did, you must try this food! Itās pricey yes, but well worth the money.
