Do I have to subscribe to a cloud service?
No, our camera records event videos triggered within the last 24 hours (up to 12 seconds long). However, if you need to record longer videos, you can insert a micro SD card or opt for our cloud service.

LOVE THIS CAMERA
I love this camera!! It’s a dog camera yes but I use it mainly for watching my car and it works AMAZINGLY !!! I’ve recommended this to my friends and family and they’re all going to be buying this as well! It does not feel cheap at all and is pretty Sturdy . The picture quality is good as well. The sound is decent. Night vision works great too! And was SO easy to set up! And detects very very very well!

Perfect for checking on my puppy
I recently got a dog, and wanted to be able to check on him in his crate throughout the day. Considering the price point, it is well worth the purchase! The camera quality is pretty great overall, and allows you to live stream to the camera. It has a slight lag at times, but nothing major. Can be slower to move around, but again nothing that has been a problem for me. Can record the live stream, take a photo, or call in to the camera and speak to the audience. Will take some short clips throughout the day that are available to save but uncertain when it determines it should take them. For the price, it is perfect for what I need and I was shockingly surprised by the features!

Decent camera for price
I’ve had this camera for just over a week & have been pleased with this camera. The functionality of it, clarity and the night vision. However, today at some point I’ve lost the talk option. It keeps stating “your device is on a call, try again later!” when I am not on a call. I’ve tried shutting my phone off & exiting out of the app and nothing is resolving this issue. So if you ever want to use the camera for that option be aware.

Good Camera !
Super easy to set up, and is only a few seconds off of real time. It can create a panoramic for you. The sound of it is loud and clear. The camera quality is HD and it was super easy to connect to my wifi! I use it as a nanny/baby cam do I haven’t used it’s security features.

Disappointment is an understatement. I purchased this camera (2 of them) in February 2025 to monitor my dog with separation anxiety. I had a feeling they were going to give me problems at set up, but b/c they were newer to Amazon and didn’t have many reviews (and the ones they had were positive), I decided to ‘trust fate’ and what a mistake. The settings are so difficult to navigate first off, and their subscriptions seem very “Temu-esque”. The fact that I have 2 cameras and they’re asking me to pay for TWO subscriptions is crazy! I don’t have to pay for multiple Ring subscriptions lol. Then my living room camera decides to randomly disconnect at times, and reconnection is annoying. Then, instead of it reconnecting, the entire camera will no longer power on. They mention “resetting” near the face of the camera, but there’s no button there. And bc the device won’t power on, the cover won’t move to look elsewhere on the device. I’m trying to cancel my “subscription” to their cloud svcs (clearly won’t need them) and it’s saying “cancel in 3rd party” but I didn’t use a 3rd party to sign up and it’s nowhere in my Apple subscriptions. I should’ve just pulled my old cams out of storage but these were decently priced… but I guess you get what you pay for. What a nightmare. PLEASE AVOID THIS BRAND!

Have to watch ads in order to view camera app
Internet connection is glitchy. My biggest issue is all the ads you have to watch to get to your camera view on the app. For that reason alone, I am searching for a new camera.
