Beautiful and Works very well.
I received this bidet in August 2025.I am gratefull for all the improvement on the way that bidets have gone through evolving into this one that looks good and does what it is supposed to do. The previous ones I owned were a more inexpensive product by a different manufacturer, did a very good job but didnt last very long.I hesitated to buy this one because I own another Bidet Toilet seat by a different manufacturerand it is as good looking as Brondell, but the water pressure is too low. This one looks beautiful, and works even better. Very good water pressure. A bit inrtusive sometimes, and in some cases a welcome feature because, it can be used to midly induce #2.I grew up using bidets in a different part of the planet where bidets are the norm as personal higiene. After #1, blotting with tissue paper is a very incomplete cleaning job. Not to mention after #2 absolutely uncivilized!I like this Brondell Bidet Toilet seat. To be perfect, it could be a bit sturdier. Is a good vaue for the money. It was installed by a handyman so, no comment in that department.I would recommend it to a friend.

Works well with a few minor flaws.
PROS:✓ Relatively simple install.✓ Looks like it “belongs” with the commode.✓ Cleans the user as it should.✓ Seat assembly is sturdy.✓ Good water pressure, aimed correctly.✓ The self-clean function does keep the nozzle clean and free of unwanted “debris”. (* see also below)✓ Soft close lid and seat.CONS:~ *The self-clean function has the unfortunate effect of spraying a “mist” which gets your backside wet, where it shouldn’t.~ The thin plastic lid seems rather flimsy, almost like it’s going to break if you sit on it.Overall, it’s a good purchase and I am considering getting another one to replace the older one in our second bathroom. It just has a few small inconveniences that, personally, I can live with.

Wow!
This is my first bidet experience so I have nothing to do compare it with, just wanted to put that out there. Things I researched before buying were seat comfort/quality, pressure of water, control functionality.I like the seat on the Brondell although it is slightly different from a traditional seat. It’s a it more rounded (up) if that makes sense, you feel like you’re sitting a bit higher but it’s comfortable, no complaints, I’m happy with it and it seems very sturdy, not flimsy at all.Water pressure and adjustability – now I’m assuming the pressure is going to vary given the pressure in your house. Mine is good, very good. The pressure from the bidet nozzle was too much on high, I’m sure I don’t need to explain. Thankfully the control knob allows you to adjust it to a gentle flow up to power wash if that is what you want lol.Which brings us to the control knob. There is just one, it’s very simple and easy to use. Center is off, first click forward or back turns it to nozzle rinse then it sprays gently, forward or back depending on the direction you turn the knob. I’d say it’s pretty accurate, no problem there.I was pleasantly surprised to see a metal T connection for the hoses as well as Teflon tape. I suggest not using the tape unless you have a leak, I didn’t and have zero leaks. I’m also old and creaky and got it installed w/in 20 minutes. In closing, I’d buy it again. If I have issues, I’ll update my review!

Best Bidet!
I replaced a troublesome Moen bidet with this Brondell and I LOVE it. It took 10 minutes to install. It doesn’t have all the silly bells and whistles that the Moen had that I never used. It has a front and back wash with great water pressure. Simple to install, simple to use at a great price. I am extremely pleased with this bidet toilet seat!!!

I’ve been using Bidets for a long while. I purchase my Brondell Bidet a year and half ago (Dec 22’) as a back up. My Japanese brand still works fine but the supply line at the joint had issues after many years. Took out the Brondell and replaced it. Here in Singapore we follow the British std so when I receive my Brondell bidet I got myself familiarise with the American system and went hunting for adapters/accessories to our local sanitary suppliers to look for hardware that can incorporate with the American std and when I had to replace my existing bidet to the Brondell yesterday (20 June 24’) I faced no issues. Probably will order another one as back up again. 👍🏼

The product is good, but made for US market. The T pipe is 7/8,7/8,3/8 size and in the UAE you would need a 1/2,1/1,3/8. The manufacturer was contacted however no support was provided as they claimed they do not have adapters. Ended up spending a lot buying adapters from the US.

Make sure the t valves are 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/4 inch as the provided valves didn’t fit the 1/2 inch pipes
