Assemble at home(?)
I should’ve taken a photo of how this was arranged in the box upon arrival since you do assemble/put it together yourself. Obviously by the description you can wash the outer cover which means the inside cushions come out but I was surprised to find out that you put in these cushions yourself when it first arrives. There are 5 cushions total (middle & 4 perimeter sides) and 2 slip covers (one for middle cushion & one for the perimeter). Easy enough to assemble but annoying to do so since tour stuffing cusions while zipping it up however when I do need to take it apart for washing now I know how to put it back together.I have a 8lb Chihuahua who likes to sunbathe so I wanted a durable outside bed to perch on top of his canopy (lol). This does exactly what I want it to. At first I thought the cushions weren’t substantial enough but I just fluffed them up and the cushion factor seems to be satisfactory for my pup. The material definitely has that waterproof/nylon feeling but my dog still likes it and it feels durable for outdoor use. Haven’t thrown it in the wash yet but I have no doubts it’ll wash just fine but I can tell this material should be line dried. I can attest to the waterproof claim plus this material definitely stays cool which is great for these summer days.

Good if dog doesn’t paw at like a cat does
First off it’s good with not collecting lots of hair. The comfy part not so much super thin. Almost feels like a super thin throw. It is waterproof though. One thing I didn’t like is durability. My pit paws at his stuff to get comfy and like all other dog beds he has put a rip in it with his nails so within about 5 days of purchasing I had to toss it cause what little fluff is in it got ripped out.

My dog loves it!
– The inside part of the sleeping bag was nice and warm.- My dog is 55 pounds (half pit and half Australian cattle dog) and she fits perfectly. I believe a bigger can easily fit in there.- I went packing to a cold place and this sleeping bag kept her warm. She snuggle in there and slept all night inside my tent.- The only downside is that my sleeping bag when packed was smaller than my dog’s sleeping bag. It took some space in my backpack. It’s not heavy, it just takes space.

Overall a good choice.
I have been searching for a good sleeping bag for my large German Shepherd for when we go camping – sometimes the temperatures drop at night and I wanted something more substantial to keep her warm. This seems fit the bill – it’s a tad bit snug (she won’t be doing any stretching out in it) but seems to be comfortable for her. She’s 78 pounds for reference. You can tell by the photos she thought it was a little odd at first, but I have a feeling she’ll enjoy the extra warmth and comfort on our next trip, and will get used to it quite quickly.

It’s washable!
Other Dogs beds are good but for an older dog that has accidents while they sleep, this is the bed that they need. It’s easy to clean and drys fast. I am very happy with this product. My dog seems to like it too. In other dog beds you are many times able to remove the cover and put it in the washing machine. But the stuffing inside can’t be washed. After a while you just have to replace the whole bed. With this bed you are able to wash the whole thing. It also works well in a crate. We just use it as a bed because of the ability to wash the whole thing.

Poor quality! Don’t buy this!
One zipper only opens up the large pocket to put the padding in the middle. There’s a zipper line with no zipper that goes all around the edge to pack the sides. It’s junk. There’s no way of opening it. It’s cheap quality and I’m not going to pay a seamstress to put a zipper on it. Not to mention the padding in the middle is very light.

If you’re looking for a thick dog bed, this is not it. But for being outside and camping, this is a great bed/blanket for them to have. You can just brush dirt off of it, it doesn’t get wet and is machine washable. My dogs love it.

It is lightweight and weren’t sure if it would be enough cushion for the dog for outside on the deck but she instantly went onto it and lays on it all the time outside. Definitely a great purchase.

I was about to write a negative review. Our dog chewed this mat open the same day it arrived. Stuffing everywhere.However, when I went back and checked the description, they clearly say it is not for aggressive chewers. So this was my fault as I did not read the description carefully before purchasing. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because, based on the picture, I thought it would be thicker. In summary, good product, but not for chewers, aggressive or not, IMHO.

My dogs have a decided preference for the blue side for some reason, but they do enjoy the bed. However, it is only about 1″ thick so for now I place it on top of an old comforter I fold up, so it is more cushy for their old bones. It washes well and dries very quickly.
