Works but not for long
Update: the replacement had a slow leak at first but has been working perfectly since I changed the canister after I made the video. I am updating the stars for proactive customer service and a good product.This is the best tool in my bag for quickly correcting problem behavior in my dog (and my cat).I had the same problem as other reviewers. It worked a couple of times and then suddenly got stuck in the open position and leaked all the air out.I went to the company website to see if there were any suggestions for making adjustments to the nozzle and I noticed there was a message about the problem. It seems they have become aware of the issue and, if I email them proof of purchase (my Amazon invoice screenshot) they would send a new unit with two additional cartridges. AWESOME!They promptly sent a reply to email and sent the replacements within a day or two. The replacement arrived today. I used it once and the second time, it leaked again. This time, the leak is much slower and doesn’t empty the whole cartridge.I’m frustrated because there should be some way to adjust the nozzle to kee this from happening.I was very happy that they seemed to be being proactive about the problem but the product is still not right.I gave four stars instead of three because I believe they are trying and acting in good faith. And because I do love the idea of the product. I just wish it functioned correctly more often.

Broke after 2 days!!
This product was awesome–at first… I used it to keep my neighbors dogs away from my cats– and it worked beautifully… until it DIDN’T. only took 2 days I hadn’t even used but 2 of the cylinders (they don’t last long- btw but I didn’t care, b/c it was a humane way of making the dogs “afraid” of the cats) when I installed the 3rd cylinder it all the air leaked out. I thought, ok, maybe i had it cross threaded, tried it again. was very careful… NOPE! The nozzle had come apart from where the cylider head attaches and that caused the air to leak out the of the cylider the very 1st time you did the slightest squeeze on the trigger. I bout this set and a set of 10 EXTRA CYLIDERS… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. too late for return/refund, but I don’t want anyone else to waste their money. It would’ve been awesome, if it had worked longer than 2 days.

Dog training help
Its very easy to use, and very helpful with dogs, it will stop them from any unwanted behavior. great for dog walking when unwanted dogs come up to your dog, just spray in their direction and the dog will stop, or leave.

Item slow leaks with no use
Puncture pin broken on inside cartridges slowly leak out with no use can hear item leaking out slowly tried tightening/loosening same results all cartridges wasted with little to no use. I gave 3 stars bc of the slow leak issue would have given 5 stars bc this item is very effective for my cats and dogs I used it twice and they got the point I just show it to my pets and they listen but replacement cartridges are very expensive and the ones that came with Would have lasted if item was not defective I’ve used them all trying to troubleshoot on my own. I would just like a replacement of the item and cartridges but the trouble shooting process is not allowing me to return for a replacement and 56$ for 2 time usage is infuriating

Works, but has issues
I bought this product because my dog won’t leave the cat alone, it works I sprayed this product at her, and she stopped. However, on using it a second time it just started to leak air through the nozzle, I tried to get a new one, but was sent to a trouble shoot page, and non of the trouble shooting was for this product. I clicked that it didn’t help and was sent to another page that said to trouble shoot yourself. I couldn’t return the product hence the lower rating. I did trouble shoot it myself by taking it apart (not an easy task but do able) the little green button on top gets stuck pressed in hence the air leaking. So I pulled it out filed the edge that is was rubbing against and haven’t had an issue since. For the price I wish it would work without me having to fix it. But just so you know you won’t be able to return it or have it replaced if it isn’t working.

Awesome Training Tool
Awesome training tool! Cuts through almost all dogs barking, squeaking, and nuisance behavior. Also great to carry on the trail with you to deter off-leash dogs charging you.There was a quality issue a few years ago but Canine Innovations has remedied it and their new product is even better! Highly recommend.

Concept good, design poor and fails
Should have followed my gut on this one. I thought I would save money by using this product than using canned options. Wrong! I have found after triggering the device it would blast once. Then later when attempted to use again it failed (out of compressed air). So I loaded a new cartridge, depressed trigger. It worked as stated, then raised to my ear and chould hear air slowly escaping. Pressed again hoping the trigger failed to reseat properly. No luck.Concept is good, but product is designed with cheap material. Waste of money, do yourself a favor and use a different product. For the money I spent chould have purchased a few canned producted from a pet store. This would have lasted 8 to 9 months in training purposes on multiple dogs.
