So far it works for my cat when we travel
It’s a bit hard to carry with heavy litter inside but once you get it set up it’s good. Whenever I take my cat out I take this litter box and place it in my trunk after pouring the existing litter from her litter box into it. If she uses it when we’re out and about, I immediately scoop it clean. Once I return home I pour the litter back in her litter box. I hose down the inner liner by holding it upside down outside on the lawn by pulling the inner lining outward towards the ground with a drop of laundry detergent, then rinse trying to only wet the inner liner and let it air dry. It sounds easier to get a litter box with removable liner but I read some reviews where the liner doesn’t hold up and then you’re left with a flimsy, leaky litter box. I haven’t had any problems so far.

TLDR: 4 stars for portability and features. lacking the 5th star because of the following caveats.on the outside, this looks like a two piece packable tall soft-sided carrier. this is on purpose. for travel purposes, the packable bit is great for space saving, especially if your cat needs a litter box somewhere midway between your origin and destination. the bottom part of the carrier/litter box has a heavier synthetic lining and has sewed in hard-sided material (cardboard?) to reinforce the sides — not a bad idea, but i would’ve liked an integrated button mounted washable synthetic liner or at least some other means from which to mount a plastic litter liner, because my cat loves to scratch up the bottom. it would be a tad unwieldy in this case. without a reinforced bottom — you lose weight by lacking reinforcement but the seller could have considered adding removable inserts to help with this.the top portion is less foldable — it folds flat. it has two long removable rods to keep the edges reinforced and two nonremovable sewed in rods to keep the shorter sides upright.the added accessories are nice bonuses — a pet waste bag roll and in a carabiner case, a la dog poop purposes; also, a single silicone collapsible bowl with a carabiner (i guess you’d have to choose between food or water, or supply your own additional bowl). a plastic scoop is also included.so 4 stars for covering some of the basic features, but lacking the last star because it doesn’t trump the alternatives — of which some i have already reviewed, which could potentially better fit your use case. consider accordingly.

Great for the airport, would recommend a plastic litter liner
Traveled from Tampa to Reno and this came in handy. Put a litter liner over the whole thing and filled with litter in between layovers. Easy cleanup to just grab the whole bag and throw away, then collapse the whole littler box and stow away. Very compact.Also used it for a road trip from Reno to Tennessee. Great if you need something compact.Emptied the bag

I bought it for trips I take to the beach. I take my cat along when I leave for a few days. Works great for her. It is a bit small. My cat is around 5 to 7 pounds. Very small. Works good for her. She used it no problem. The little scooper is ok. Folds up good. Bottom could be a bit thicker. Over all I’m very happy with the litter bag. My cat took to it well. Folds up for travel

Not a good buy. It leaks through. Needs some type of pad under litter but something the kitties won’t rip up from digging. Had to throw away on trip. Wasted money

Honestly, one of the best things to be created. My cat travels with me for long road trips, and she’s had ‘accidents’ in the car before and any pet owner knows, when that happens, it’s a disaster. I used to put a box in instead with cat litter but then the litter would end up everywhere when she jumped out of the box and when I would take my dog it was even worse. This enclosed litter box is a LIFESAVER! It’s so easy to grab and travel with, doesn’t take up too much space and my cat loves it (even uses it at home). I wouldn’t say it’s entirely odourless, but definitely contains the smell better than a cardboard box (lol). The double door flaps make it super convenient for the positioning (no need to have it a ‘specific way’ for my cat to use it) and the sipper at the bottom makes for very easy and quick cleaning of the litter, especially with the handy scooper, also included. LOVE IT!

Buffy my cat likes using this new travel litter box. The one thing that’s stopping me from giving a five star is I wish the top half of it could Gould a little bit smaller, it doesn’t fit in Buffy’s travel bag watch could hold a small plastic litter box in it so it’s a pretty big bag. Sadly this doesn’t all fit in to her travel bag. So if we go on the plane ✈️ then I will just use the bottom half of the litter box just incase our flight gets delayed.It is nice and easy to clean out, just add a little water and soap to it and just hand wash it and then dry it with a towel. And if it’s dirty just fold it back up and put it in a plastic bag until you can clean it out. Oh and I also measure how much the littler box needs and then I put the litter in a plastic bag until Buffy needs it.

This travel litter is great because it is taller than most travel litters when set up and folds quite flat for travelling. I use my smaller travel litter in the car for 3 day road trips and both at our destination because I have 2 cats that travel with us. At home I still use both plus the square “planter” litter with a fake plant because it is recommended to have 1 1/2 litters per cat. All three are easy to scoop and because we have three there isn’t much accumulation of excrement and only slight odour when in use. You do not even need scented litter. Our townhome has three stories so 3 litter boxes are ideal. I only need to scoop once a day. And probably not even that often because all three hold 3 to 5 inches of litter, plus there is very little waste from pawing due to the high sides and rooves.

Perfect for travel but I HIGHLY recommend using a liner!!! This will absorb pee… perfect size for my sphynx he used it no problem , easy for on the go folds up nice.. In my carry bag I will add his travel litter box, with a scoop, Ziploc bag of litter and we are on our way!! 3 stars because the sides can be a bit flimsy and you need liners, even though the description says it’s waterproof. Over all I’d recommend it if you’re someone who travels..
