I was a little skeptical at first to buy something with no reviews but this fountain so far is great. I’ve only had it going for a few days now but the cat REALLY LOVES it. It’s incredibly easy to clean. The filters slide right in and there is great water pressure from the pump. At first it made a loud-ish (depending on how good your hearing is) humming sound at different pitches depending on whether the flower was centered in the top or not. After a few hours it became very quite and is the most quite cat fountain I have ever owned. I hope the pump lasts because I really like this one!

Nice pet drinking fountain
This is the first drinking fountain I got for my pets.After two weeks of using it, here is what I experienced:- It is awesome to have the water filtered, so that fresh water is provided for my pets.- Both my dog and cat (which is usually quite picky) chose this drinking fountain over their normal water bowl. It took them a while to get used to the flowing water though. But you can easily turn it off until your pets are used to drinking out of it, then turn on the fountain effect.- There is a slight humming sound coming from the pump, but it is quieter than the water coming out of the fountain, so it’s almost not noticeable.- The cool thing is, if you were looking for a white noise machine, this is practically one also.- It is a great bowl to buy for this price.- I gave it four stars only because you might have to train your pets how to use it. And also because there is more maintanence that needs to be done compared to a regular water bowl.Otherwise it’s a great product to have at home, where your pets will have nice clean water to enjoy.

Good fountain but loud
I’ve had this fountain for a few months now. I have two small dogs and a cat. It holds a decent amount of water and is easy to disassemble for cleaning. I like also that if the power should go out, there is still a water reservoir that is accessible to the animals if we aren’t home.My main issue with this has been that the filter seems to not allow enough water to flow to the pump. This makes the pump start humming as if there isn’t water despite the water being all the wat up to the max fill line. In order to get to the filter you have to take everything apart. I decided to just use it without the filters but then the pump gets clogged several times a day.Overall this is a good value pump if the fountain is not in your main living area or you can tolerate the humming

My cat refused to drink from a standard water dish. I tried plastic, metal, and glass. Previous owner must have always left a tap slightly on or had a fountain style cat dish. For close to a week my cat just would not drink and I was worried and purchased this. My cat drinks from it, problem solved. However his preferred eating and drinking area is in my bedroom. It is much louder than expected. The hum is louder than my oscillating fan on low setting. So I keep my fan on medium and the noise isn’t as irritating and sleep preventing.

Got the product set up was easy. Little loud but found adjustments made it quietish. But after a week it started making weird noises. Unplugged and cleaned and plugged in only for it to keep doing it. Stopped working by day ten.

The filters are a problem
The filters slow down the water so that the pump can shoot it up at faster than it can get back to the pump, which is a problem, a loud and potentially dangerous problem. Throw filters away and replace them with a filtration media that actually allows water to pass through, and youāll have yourself one very nice, very quiet kitty fountain.

I would give this product five stars and for the money it performed better than other ones that I paid a lot more for but I canāt find anywhere to buy any replacement filters as the Amazon listing here says theyāre currently unavailable. That means itās a throwaway item. Iād rather keep the one I have, and just put a new filters. Maybe somebody can help me.

Had the hardest time getting our cat to drink water from a bowl. She hated it. It took a few days for her to realize what it was. Now she drinks from it all the time. She lovs it. And she’s drinking water ! Couldn’t be more pleased. This was a great price. All materials used were of good quality. Good supply of filtersWe only have the one cat so I don’t have to replace filter or clean too much. Had it for a 3 weeks and haven’t had to clean it yetGreat buy. Highly recommend!

I had issues with the motor being loud when I first set it up, but the customer service representatives were fast to give me troubleshooting ideas, which in fact worked fabulously. I am very happy with the product, my cats love it, and now that it is not too loud and I am very pleased. Also very easy to take apart and clean.

I have 3 cats and none of them used this fountain. The pump is louder than others I’ve had so perhaps that’s why. It’s disappointing that I can’t return this product.Edit: The company reached out saying they’d give me a refund but they haven’t. I ended up donating the fountain. This was a waste of money!
