Good fountain
It was a nice looking fountain and my 2 kittens liked drinking from it. I even bought an 8 pack of filters for future use within a few weeks of owning it. But after owning it for a month and a half now the pump has died and it no longer runs. If I could get a replacement I’d surely raise my review.Edit – the seller sent me a new pump at no additional cost and my fountain works well again. Review reflects as such.

I originally got this cause my cat drinks a lot of water but she tends to lay down and then fall asleep in her water bowl so the raised height works perfectly! Itās also very easy to set up and clean, Iāve had it for maybe a month or 2 now and it works well and genuinely is soooooooo easy to clean!!Pros:š«¶Cute and well organizedš«¶ quiet, it gets a little loud when itās low on water but I see that as a reminder to refill lolš«¶easy to clean and moveš«¶perfect size for my room, Iām a college student so ya know space is limited š but my old girl deserves the best I can give her so this is the best because it utilizes the space well!Cons:šyour cat might be cautious and refuse it at first (mine did) I recommend putting a familiar water bowl close by and make sure not to refill it too often, eventually theyāll get curious and drink from the pumpšthe water flows through and doesnāt really puddle which could also really be seen as a pro but depend on ur goals with it I guess

Update the company reached out and sent me a new pump! Hopefully this one lasts a lot longer. Overall would buy a again simply for the company itself. And the storage.I love this product its small and holds a ton of water. Unfortunately the pump has stopped working. It’s cute and easy to clean but last month the cord stopped working unless it was in a specific position. I decided that wasn’t a big deal and continued use. (After all I’m not moving it all of the time). Today I noticed it wasnt working at all. I’ve messed with it for about an hour with no luck. It’s quiet until it starts running out of water. It can be very annoying and loud when trying to sleep at night if your cats are avid water drinkers like mine.My cat will not drink from any other water source unless it’s moving so I am disappointed. Was hoping to get more out of the product.

We loveeeee this bowl. She was a little confused when I first got it for her but she adjusted to it fairly quick. Weāve had it for about 2 months and as long as you clean it often itās like its brand new. You, of course, have to make sure theres water in the container otherwise if itās too low, the water stops flowing. The only two things are, with wet food if you don’t clean the bowl like right away it sticks and is very hard to come off & the sound of a water fountain all day long lol. Otherwise very great buy!

CONSTANTLY GROWS MOLD
MOLD. Noticed my cat was crying and wasnāt drinking water so I checked the fountain out and it was full of mold. I cleaned it out thoroughly and replaced filter etc but mold kept coming back and she wouldnāt drink from it. Literally kept getting moldy no matter what every little compartment would grow mold and you wouldnāt even notice really until you took it apart!!!! Itās not safe please donāt buy this. Look into stainless steel instead, after researching I found that plastic will just keep growing mold and the little foam/styrofoam filters harbor bacteria like crazy and mold SO bad. I have never written a review before but this is just genuinely not a good product for your pets. I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR A LITTLE OVER A WEEK AND CLEANED IT MULTIPLE TIMES. I am also using purified bottled water but the mold just kept appearing.

Works great but the filter upkeep is annoying.
I waited about two-ish months give or take before I wrote a review so I could really hash out what I do and donāt like about this fountain.I initially set up the fountain because I went from having one cat to three, and they kept flipping over their bowl daily and it was such a hassle to keep fresh water down. The fountain definitely solved the whole flipping the bowl problem and I constantly now have down water for them. I do unfortunately have to change the filter every two weeks (if that) because it gets clogged with spit and hair and wonāt drain so the bowl on top fills up and overflows onto the floor, which is frustrating because youād think you can just rinse the filter out and put them back in for a while longer. You canāt :ā) I tried for like 20 min with scalding hot water to rinse the filter out because youād think theyād last longer than just two weeks because youād usually be able to just rinse them out. It comes with 3 filters which is nice though, but I really wish it came with more because the filters are actually rather expensive. Iām on my last filter and I think when Iām done with it Iām just going to not put any more in it. By far the only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is how ridiculous the filters are. But for the price, the fountain itself is great. My cats drink SO much more water than they used to and they love this fountain. I keep it away from their food (cats donāt like their food and water to be close to each other) and they love drinking from it regularly. (Cats also prefer a running water source).I also like this fountain because my cats donāt like drinking from a bowl (whisker fatigue- itās when their whiskers keep hitting the sides of the bowls and it is very uncomfortable for them and can lead to them eating and drinking less). Itās also like dead quiet so I donāt have to listen to running water constantly.Overall I think the fountain is well worth the money and for sure a great buy- the only thing Iām not here for is the filter hassle. I just really wish it came with more filters, then itād be 5 stars from me.
