Excellent Easy To Clean Fountain
I needed to replace the PetSafe plastic fountain. The fountain was difficult to clean and it always had an odd film build up on the reservoir. I decided to give this stainless steel fountain a try as I was not willing to spend $100 on a Kitty Spout. After 6 weeks of use, the fountain meets and exceeds all expectations. The fountain holds 3 liters of water, is extremely quiet and very easy to clean. Others have mentions a residue buildup on the the motor. I have not experienced it. I will note that I have a reverse osmosis filtration system, perhaps it helps with the lack of build up in this fountain. I have swapped out the filter and done a complete cleaning twice in six weeks. It seems to be appropriate for the needs of my cats. Setup out of the box is easy. Design is well done. Highly recommend.

The vet told us that one of our cats needed hydration. We have 2 cats And there are 3 bowls in Our home, We change them twice a day. I didn’t know what else to do, the I couldn’t figure out how to get her to drink mormor y at the pet.food store suggested trying cat food made with Pumpkin. That was supposed to I couldn’t figure out how to get i I couldn’t figure out how to get her to drink more. The lady at the pet food store told me to feed her pumpkin . That was supposed to provide mtr hydration, but neither of our cats would eat it.My sister in law fosters several cats. She swears by this fountain, we love it and the girls do too. Highlander has a very big head and her whiskers are very long, so she avoided the water bowls, But this fountain solves that problem Easily. Penny or other cat seems to drink more too the fountain is so well made and So easy to put together and clean. I love the bubbling noise it’s very quiet but it’s it’s kind of nice. They both drink a lot more water and And I can see why And I can see why because everyone would like fresh moving water instead of old.boring bowl water.that only Got changed twice a day It comes with everything you need and there are very clear instructions For cleaning it and putting it back together. Pump died after two months but they replaced it quickly
I ordered two fountains and one has already had its motor die after barely two months. I reached out to the company today for the 18 month pump warranty and I’m waiting to hear back on the new pumps delivery date. Will update when company reaches out. Otherwise it’s been a great fountain, quiet, easy to clean and put together.Update: Company responded right away with a tracking number for new pump am assured me any further issues they’d be happy to help! New pump arrived and works great!

Great Fountain and Customer Support!
This fountain is very easy to clean, which is exactly what I was looking for when switching to stainless steel from my plastic fountain. Itās very quiet, holds a lot of water, and my cats both love the running water. The only hiccup was the pump stopped working a couple days ago after 10 months, but it was luckily still within the 18 month warranty. After emailing customer support, they got back to me after just a few hours! I spoke with Emily, and after confirming that cleaning it as shown in their video didnāt solve the problem (though it does solve it most of the time, just not in my case), she got right to sending me a new pump (free of charge of course). It will be arriving within the next week. She also let me know that this new pump will have a new 2 year warranty! All in all, this fountain was very worth the money and the customer support was surprisingly quick and very helpful!

Perfect fountain for my two boys
I love this fountain for my cats. It has been a few months and has no issues at all. The flow of the water is nice and quite so I don’t even notice it is on. I do wish it was a little easier to check the water level but I wanted the container to be made of as much metal as possible for sanitary reasons. Its not too hard to just top off when I poor myself a glass of water anyway.
